Although TJ is trying really hard to get employees in the Penetang area, their lack of instruction, communication, and basic professionalism boggles me. Being explained the bare minimum of the job someone is expected to do with efficiency, and team leads are slim to none(not good when you need to ask a T.L. to leave your cell/machine, or for a hand when you need more detailed instructions). You work in conditions where you are forced to talk with other employees around you, to help better grasp your job, but get scolded when you do. Moreover the amount of obsessant gossiping is all you ever hear in the factory, again, basic professionalism.

This company is a complete joke. The pay is over 6 days late, there is no benefits, and there is absolutely no job security to speak of. Oh it pays well, but the stress of no job security makes it not worth it. Furthermore the company owner doesn’t speak very good English, so trying to explain a situation is near impossible.

Extreme disorganised, weak English language!, they think this is one of the third world country, I had worked with them, the supervisor of the agency had below understanding of basic english

They can easily improve their process and gain more profits but they refuse to learn new things and prefer to do things in the old inefficient way. They do not use technology wisely.

overall good coworker. they are always there to help you. most enjoyable part of the job is some supervisor is very good cooperative and down to earth they are understand your condition very well

Fast paced work environment, people are very engaged. Management is tight but caring. Pay is good and work time is very flexible. They have very strict safety protocells.      

it was a quite good place to work. But job security cannot be predicted. Since it is working for a factory requirements their policies may affect the job hours.
