What is the best part of working at the company?
Flexible schedule when you work part time. The staffs ( managers and coordinators) are professional, supportive and friendly, positive atmosphere, You can gain experience in customer service, sales, stock management and merchandising. Good experience to add to a resume

Some shifts can feel long, especially during holidays or sales.
Scheduling can sometimes be unpredictable.
Lots of customers at once can get stressful.
Handling unhappy or demanding customers can be stressful.

The work environment is busy, team-oriented, and friendly, with a focus on helping customers and keeping the store running well.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Checking out customers, answering questions, handling returns, assisting with purchases, organizing and cleaning the front area, working with the team during busy times, and providing good customer service

Very caring about their associates 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Other staff were clearly favorites and allowed to bully. This was addressed by management and tried to resolve.

Very inclusive culture of caring about their people 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I liked the early morning shift and working the truck delivery as well as the fitting room

The job was fun at times, but the pay was terrible and the work was draining more than anything. Some people worked more than others while others got away with the bare minimum due to favoritism. It could be a fun job if you don't have worries, like if your young and don't have bills to pay. Just don't work here if this is going to be your main source of income. 

I would unload 6 coffins giant brown containers 4ft wide 3ft deep n get no recognition when typically 1 is done in a 4 hour period.  The managers are awful its about who you like n hang with instead of work.  THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT FORCING YOU TO SELL THEIR CREDIT CARDS ITS AWFUL.  PEOPLE SAY NO N WE R TOLD TO KEEP TRYING UNTIL THEY LEAVE.  Its not ok they will not train you n then get upset when u dont know what you're doing

I have worked for tjx at a winner’s store for almost two years now and i love it! the staff and management are amazing, encouraging and take you opinions and ideas into consideration. It feels like a second family at working for tjx. They take the time to get to know you and have some fun through the joy community. As well the costumers are great and there are lots of opportunities to grow within the company. 

- Greets, interacts with and thanks customers on a regular basis.
-Work in the areas of merchandise presentation, processing, markdowns, cashier, customer service, fitting room.
-Maintains housekeeping standards of area, including ongoing recovery

You are pretty much trained to be an all-rounder. They make sure you don't feel left out, has a very family-like feel to work. It can be stressful at times and monotonous but the management does its best to keep you engaged.  

One of the best place to have your starter job, its an open environment were you views and ideas are always taken into consideration. great management team. 5 stars to the employees who works their, very fun people to be around.

I needed more hours and better pay the people I worked with was enjoyable and the pay could have been a lot better I did learn how to cashier but they only let you when others did not come to work

Great team environment, a lot of team building opportunities. Training could've been a bit better. Creating displays was probably my favorite part of the job. Genuinely felt cared about at my location, which was nice.
