My recent work experience has allowed me to develop my spirit of analysis, my resourcefulness, my initiative and my creativity. I also consider myself to be hardworking, open-minded, sociable and diligent. 
 
For the past two years, I learnt a lot from my courses in electromechanical automated systems. In addition, during the summer of 2016, I worked for two different companies through contracts. I tested all-terrain vehicles to assess the products created by Camso, a manufacturer of traction tracks and wheels. The aim was to analyze weaknesses to provide a better conception of the product. Subsequently, I worked for Rexfab Inc. a company designing and manufacturing industrial machinery in the food field. I deviated and made the assembly using 2D and 3D plans as well as receiving materials for the manufacture of the machines.

TLD is an absolute circus of a company. Management and HR is washed up, incompetent, back stabbing, useless, and toxic. Hired for a month with no structure, guidelines, or goals to achieve. After a budget meeting that same day i was walked out...makes sense to cut costs on a Safety Managers salary. They are a complete MESS of a company internally and wouldnt find their way out of a paper bag! The shop floor is full of safety violations and not compliant with any paperwork on trainings. Bunch of OSHA issues at TLD and what safety manager reports to HR? A Safety Manager reports to a COO that knows the operations side and has knowledge of OSHA regulations. Not an HR Manager that sits in her office all day clueless and never at work! Horrible company, waste, and cheated out of other offers to pursue this company. I recommend to stay far away.

As a former manager, I can say with confidence this company is going nowhere fast.  Employees are flying out the door, scattering like cockroaches when the light is turned on.  Management does little to support their employee’s efforts but expects results.  Employee concerns/needs are generally ignored, downplayed or disregarded.  This company has a “just get it done” attitude.  This is detrimental to the safety of employees, which is not a priority.  For assemblers working on the floor, pay is low and expectations high.

Long days waiting on parts. Unattainable objectives. Supervisors are never around for assistance and when they are around it's only to complain. Employees are treated like they are numbers and are easily replaceable. The company makes impossible promises clients so the clients become frustrated and don't buy from TLD again. The company is going downhill. A sinking ship.

Stay away. You will be just a replaceable unappreciated employee number. Management s--ks royally. Will try anything to p--s you off. Always working against you. Been an employee for many years and it is getting worse. Just too stupid to leave.

TLD has a lot of great people to work with. The vision forward as well as the opportunities are great. This is a company that rewards innovation, drive and hard work.
