Enjoyed the work and the general atmosphere there, very friendly and everyone approachable.  The camp is the cleanest I have ever been to for being an older camp.  The kitchen staff and food are amazing (again comparing to other camps).
Sadly no job security or advancement offered, also encountered a couple of less than flexible managers that wouldn't listen regarding areas they were not versed in, as well as a level of micromanagement. This being said, I would happily return there as I enjoyed 95% of the experience there. 

The camp is clean and the food is second to none out of any camp I have been to.
The lack of funds for the company made work a struggle and areas that would have been made critical were neglected.
Overall most managers were approachable and easy to talk to. 
Personal emergencies were always made a priority with management
very friendly place to work, great workforce there. 

The Cons:
Lack of security being the main one, as well as my particular department we were kept in our "box" with no room for advancement.

Tmac was a good place to work, at the time I was there there was no crane in the shop made some bigger jobs challenging but supervision understood the limitations and that was taken into consideration on the  length of time it took to do a job. I usually worked a 2x2 rotation there was a 3x3 and I found it to be too long and the seasons went by too fast and that was the main reason i left

TMAC is a junior mining company so a tough go is expected.  They have limited resources in terms of funds, which makes things difficult.  The technical services department is vastly understaffed and things slip through the cracks.  Management doesn't have enough resources to do their jobs either.  Work culture is quite good considering.  Camp doesn't have much - basic necessities.  TMAC does make an effort to improve camp life, but limited funding makes it hard.

Management was good when I started with TMAC but when the initial GM left, the replacement GM was a micro manager and not well versed in mining.
Very difficult work environment. Mining Contractors were not willing to work with Company to address mining issues.

I would rate it as the best place that I worked at.

Management was horrible. Couldn't follow a return to work plan to save their lives.  The management of the mill drove people away. I hear they have recently taken their "talents" elsewhere though.

Meet a lot of new people from all around the world and trained by very nice and reliable people. Experience was great and I’d love to work for them again possibly in the future! 

TMAC is struggling Gold Mine. TMAC is trying to save money by not staffing all departments adequately resulting in work overload and high stress and fatigue for employees. Pay is low and does not reflect most industry standards.

Very friendly people and staff is great.
Work life was tiring and couldn’t wear your hard hats in the coffee room.

The evenings were the best time to have friends watching the games on tv or having a little poker game.
