time goes so very fast because of the busy place. 
met and make friends with a lot of people you met and see at the airport.
able to see high profile or well known personalities.
always smile and friendly because of the environment
learnt to be friendly honest and more helpful and informative 
management is good they follow the protocol between the employees and the airport
hardest part of job is actually nothing because i am easy to learn and a good follower
the most enjoyable part of my stay in this company is i met a lot of people with a different  personalities

When I was working as a wheel chair service agent, I have learned that patience and communication is key. You have to know and understand your clients. The fun part was learning about the different airline codes and destination codes. It felt good knowing those type of information. The team within the company was really great! Everyone was helping out with assisting our clients to their gates and destination. Over all I have learned a lot from working at the airport.

I enjoyed working at the Airport, mainly i got to meet individuals from all walks of life, rich, poor and in between.  Being a people person it was easy for me to interact with everyone, staff & visitors.  My co-workers were very competitive as they would try to get the passengers they think will give a better tip, I was not there for that, I went to do my job to the best of my ability.  

what i've learned is always ask for help with your peers esp when it comes to lifting and pushing..( wheelchair)... 

pretty challenging, but i have learned and managed.. which i like.

the most enjoyable part is knowing my job very well and meeting great people..

it is okay if you ask a passenger to walk a little bit and they will get a wheelchair. everyone is very fun to work, some passengers are rude and don't care if you are providing them with a service. STAY CALM and enjoyyyy

excelent, we're having fun while working, we met a lot and different kind of people.. we work us a team but they are not good in handling their agents..

Lack of focus and commitment to customer service seems to be prized more than honest commitment to servicing the public.

Learned a lot so far, lots of hands on experience. Coworkers are supportive and knowledgeable. Job is challenging in a good way. I enjoy the people most.

It was a good experience working there. Management was good and in general, worked well together. Learned a lot. I did 12hour shift but it went by fast
