Management is great, you feel cared about an appreciated, the co workers on the other hand… half of my co workers were great, the other half were lazy and unenthusiastic and it brought down my mood to see them, they had some kind of vendetta against me because I am a hard worker and I got stuff done efficiently and I got things done right, the lazy ones at the company would make a 2 hour job last all day, and the good co workers got stuff done quick, overall I enjoyed my time at total restoration but I the lazy employees were very annoying

Fantastic company to work for. They really care about their people. This company really cares for their people and treats you like your family. 

You work hard, really hard but watching a house go from completely damaged to back together is so satisfying. 

Working here was an experience I will never forget. I am only leaving as I am moving away. 

If you want to work for a company that allows liquid lunch and drinking on the job then this is the company for you.
Looks good on the "community" supports but behind the scenes lots of drinking and driving company vehicles.  
Morning meetings often call out "individuals" for mishaps that should be handled in house.  Fired on the spot for being under the influence but its OK for the office staff to drink during work hours.  


Hard work but rewarding at the end of the day and the job. Heavy duty work. Interesting new places sometimes every day all around the Okanagan.  And working outside. 


Amazing local company with competitive wages, extended benefits, rrsp matching and other perks. Great people to work with too! It’s an awesome local company that gives back to the community in so many ways. 

The owner takes mental health very serious and also work-home life balance! Employee wellness program and other benefits. Lots of great perks with the job - free lunches, snacks, tickets to events. Employees take pride in their work. 


Really enjoyed working here due to fun crews. Very high standards but low pay. Fun enviro. Lots of turn over but it's not a career type of job. Always new job new place. Exposure to hazardous jobsites

Pays pretty well and I learned a lot! Be careful of the long weeks you are on call but overall great experience. The management was accommodating as well.

demanding place on personal and work time. always on call and Disasters always happening making no work life balance.
