Fun to place to work, I worked there for a few months before Christmas. It's a hard work they except you to keep up on your percentages and its nearly impossible. Usually just before your 6 month probation is up they start to hire other people and let people go just so they don't need to enroll you in their benefit plan after your probation. Being based on percentage for your work ethic is hard and this is why they have such a big turn over. If you can't keep up the speed with the people that have been there for years it's a waste of time even trying  because you will def be let when your 6 month probation is over. Management is not a big help. And when your new and your on 6 month probation you get the biggest and hardest orders.

If you like being treated like a slave and having a single 30 minute break on an 8 hour shift, this is the place for you. This place is infested with drug use and people with bad attitudes. You are constantly monitered over a computer with your order time, and simply going to the bathroom can get you called up to the front office with them asking where you are and what you are doing, further destroying your time limit that you have to finish an order in. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

110 year old company. Needs a serious revamp. 

Percentage driven and it’s not easy. Makes no sense at all to be pushed only to finish up early every single shift and if you don’t get your ‘percentages’ you will be let go over time. So it’s impossible to get full time. 

Terrible job on your back/knees and morale. Avoid.

Don’t even know where to start awful place full of morons with poor attitudes everything you do is on a timer including put HEAVY SCETCHY pallets high into the air more often then not done by someone high so you constantly have to watch for items falling or people crashing into you

Everyday was great, loved going to work as it was like a family.  The work was fast paced , no two days were the same as we had several companies to input.   Management always provided assistance to anyone who needed it as they were about your success.  The company moved to another location or I would still be working there.

I only worked here for a few months, but I seen a lot of fighting between workers and management. The company does not offer enough to keep the workers and it has a high turnover rate, Also the seem to have a rodent problem and dealing with food products I strongly believe they should have this under control.

Stacking pallets of orders to be shipped to grocery and convenience stores, scored on how fast orders are completed bigger orders get more time. Great pay but too much stress on getting as good as the people who had been there for years in a short span of time. Being new I got screwed over when given the hardest orders.

would work there again. but i dont have the time i need some thing that makes more and i can learn more from for future jobs, like collage skills or real life skills i can put in play around my every day life

TRD  Atlantic  was a great job for me  and can be as well for part time or full time workers, even as a student they can bend around your time and work  schedule . Good wages/ hard work

The owner is severely out of touch and will pass blame of whatever happens to the nearest person he can find. Overall a very toxic environment to work in
