Hired by Aerotek.  They promise a good work environment and benefits and getting hired by trqss.  I did a week of training to identify problems with plastic parts and webbing but nothing was taught about speed.  Unless you can work super fast on repetitive tasks,you get fired after 3 weeks.  They placed me on two Machines at the same time.  Both machines run steady and you are responsible to load your own machines and unload your own machines and scan each tray with outdated broken computers.  Take the job and make the money before they fire you.  Happy job hunting
Keep a professional attitude because they will question your performance and ask you why you can't go faster and why you make mistakes.  If you lose your cool or speak your mind assertively the Management and Aerotek On site staff will accuse you of being argumentative.  No one ever said life would be easy.

Typically the standard work itself is fine, rather repetitive but that's expected as it's a factory setting. The issue comes with the management itself and their lack of communication or outright lies to their staff. This was especially prevalent during the initial COVID-19 outbreak as HR's response changed by the day, not to mention outright lying to employees about cleaning/sanitizing equipment being places about the factory when there were none whatsoever, or telling workers who have children 'if you have to look after your kids, file an unpaid leave of absence form or find other coworkers who also have kids and have them babysit'.

The work was fine, the management, senior staff and some of the team leaders on the other hand, not so much. It's a lot like high school in there with quite a bit of gossip flying around and people trying to get others in trouble because they don't like them.

I enjoyed the working culture and working with the maintenance crew and learning from them, most have worked their way up from production and understand how the machines work.  Some days were very busy and some were very slow because we pretty much just took care of line calls.  Almost no project work, as that gets outsourced.  Management has no experience in the trades, which always makes for some odd decisions and rules.  They have a lot of "engineers" at this company.  Some good and some not so good.  I'd say the good ones actually work with the maint. team and the not so good ones just think they know so much more then a lowly maint. worker.

  Worked here for almost 3months.   First factory job at 50yrs of age.  Had health issues and took approx 8 days off in that 3 mos  period.  They do not 'work with you'  if you have health issues.  Blood pressure went to 180/122.  I was very ill and Dr told me to slow down.  All documented and still I was let go.  Corporate businesses are over rated.  I was just a statistic and let go with no explanation.   Others walk around and do nothing all shift but gossip.  They 'help',  but just to make you look like you're inadequate.  If you get hired here watch your back if you're hoping for long term.  If you end up with a health issue, save yourself some heartache and quit before you get fired.  HR had assured me that I wouldn't have troubles because I had proper documentation that I continually submitted to them. They truly have no control.  You're just a stat in a system.

A typical day at work would be start by setting the build sequence boards for all areas. Check to see status of  lines, verify if there where any quality issues open from previous shift. Do the daily start up informing the team of any issues, ask if they had anything to bring to my attention. The most enjoyable part of my day is the end of the day when there are no machines buzzing all issues have been resolved all I need to do is the production sheets. Management are usually pretty open and available to talk to about anything. The hardest part of the job is dealing with out of date machinery with parts for repair are hard to get resulting and large amounts of down time. then figure out a recovery plan which usually involves overtime during week and or weekends

I worked there for 6 months on the line, through a working agency, this place is horrible, you start with $13.5/hr which will be less than minimum wages in few months. The amount of work you do is crazy if you are working on the line, Its very hard for you to do anything good, because everyone there wants you to fail.

Company workers are the laziest people, Most of them are injured and can't lift or even move. Line leaders are arrogant and have no time for you. Many people do not know what is going on, Oh yeah and the agency that hired you also wants you to fail. Because that is their business to keep bringing workers to them that can do the hardest jobs that their hired company worker will not do.

The two weeks of training does not prepare you for the attitude of the team leaders and your fellow coworkers. You make a tiny mistake and you are ostracized and belittled. The team leader literally will stand behind you telling you to work faster. I had to quit my job there before I had to take medication. 
Hands down the most stressful job. There is plenty of overtime. But nobody wants to work it because the job itself is strenuous and management sucks. 
They don’t prepare you for the high stress.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The Benefits are the best part ,
Unionized.  Rarely Never layoffs, ( with  1 exception  in 2008 or2009 when tsunami hit japan and caused world wide part shortages)

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The Union is New the management is  still horrible . 
  Poor Union representation due to lack of knowledge ,experience and backbone , Though it is still in its infantry.


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
For the most part it's a good work environment, The Company and Union both have many special events for associates and /or thier families .
Outside and /or in the company

Low pay, lots of overtime opportunities however you will find you have no life just to make a few extra bucks (which still isn't much). Management is solid but super demanding. They expect serious production at barely more than minimum wage. Nice people to work with however. If you are the type to put your head down and sweat buckets working non-stop with a couple 10 min breaks and a 20 min lunch all to earn a mediocre at best income than this job is for you. I needed more in life and didn't want to work that hard just for abit more than minimum wage. Wasn't for me but could be for anybody else!

I mainly drive forklift for the warehouse department, also tackle shipping routes to get skids shipped out on time with the proper paper work. I've learned a whole lot working at TRQSS, from shipping, warehouse, forklift etc, but it's time to move on to what I love and that is the fitness industry. my co-workers are great, they are a fun group of people and will help you out if needed. Shipping is the hardest part of my job, because you have deadlines to meet and trucks waiting for skids to be shipped, so sometimes it makes for a tough day. my most enjoyable part of my job would be getting everything done that was assigned that day.
