Fun place to work at, cool individuals are hired here based on personality and drive. No experience really needed in sales prior. 

Cool work atmosphere and President is very cool and tolerant on the way he runs his office. Managers and supervisors are nice as well. This is what you need in today’s world to have a successful company. Hats off for that, it was pleasant.

I have to say, even with a connection and a few good quality accounts, it’s not easy. You have to pound the telephone and have nerves of steel.

If you have a lot of drive and patience, don’t look to make over a certain amount of money for a while, this job is for you. If you want to have a job where advancement is possible, where the salary is high with the possibility of several increases, this is not for you.

You are a broker, after a while, it’s all up to you. After you start making a lot of gross margins, you will have to accept the commission only option, which is the only great option offered if you want to make money.

If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere! Believe me on that.

This is a place that will make you want to start looking for a new job as soon as you start. The team tries to stay united but it seems to be something that physically annoys management. There were useless monthly meetings that were “voluntary” (but not really) so that a specific senior could get his ego boost on the basis of lies. It is very unfortunate to see how they mistreat talent, there were people giving in more than 20k a month and the company begrudgingly gave them the smallest of raises after negotiation. Micro racism is common and passed off as a joke, it is embarrassing to see certain seniors deal with clients because they are so ill prepared. They need to show off a false pretense of wealth to feel competitive. They honestly believe they are comparable to the largest logistics companies. I am very shocked with this experience.

This job is made for people who have no experience and easily drink the kool-aid. Believe whatever they read or hear and don’t analyse and ask questions before engaging. 

Badly paid and benefits only after 6 months.
Better have connections, because or else you will spend your days cold calling prospects you search for yourself. Almost 0 leads given, unless you ask a lot for some.

Stop being greedy penny savers and start paying people more for their hard work.

Revolving door company, very minimum pay but management expects you to bring money to the company. Job is not rewarding, you are not being valued. Immediate managers are horrible. Don’t waste your time working here, it’s not worth it. Mentally and emotionally draining job, you would hate going to your work everyday. You have to make cold calls to random companies to generate money. KPIs are unrealistic and ver hard to be attained. I would not recommend this company to anyone to work with.

The organisation tries its best to ensure that the employees are not under any stress but ofcourse the sales role can sometimes take a toll on you

Open floor type of workplace. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The office and the equipment is modern and well designed. The most prestigious business address you can find.

Those who gave a very negative review must have been fired for lack of productivity or competence.

Worst job I've ever had. Absolute nightmare, hated going to work everyday. You cold call businesses all day, everyday, non-stop. You're tracked and recorded & watched on camera. Feels like you're in a prison. I hated everyday I was there. 

Trans-Pro is a great place to work! The management, the workplace culture along with so many other things really makes it a great place to work.  If you're looking for a place to work that will push you to succeed , and that values hard work I would definitely suggest this company!

One of the best companies I've worked with, work hard play hard is 1000% real, all the effort that we put in at the beginning def paid off when you become a senior. 

The only cont I would say it is a very individualistic growth so if your mind is not in peace you won't succeed at this job.
