What is the best part of working at the company?
Very stressful environment, people around are just not nice at all. Working using old office equipment and old computer programs

Avoid this place if you want to keep yourself from being stressed for nothing

Be ready that your supervisor will count every minute and even how many times you use the washroom 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You might need to find a work to do by yourself, there’s almost a competition between coworkers

Rather than informing me that they wanted to move in another Direction and give me a chance to work on myself they just fired me. Not only that but they beg me to find other people to work there and keep them over me even though I'm the only one with actual experience doing this type of work. They will just use you until you're worth dries up. Absolutely no class and we'll just say whatever they need to to make you think that everything's okay. Could not  unrecommended this place anymore if I could, I wish there was an option for negative Stars

I did not find it stressful working for TransPlus.

I found the work environment and culture to be positive at TransPlus.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day working at TransPlus was a decent day.

No raise 
No promotion 
No guidance 

They give you a truck and they don't fix it hard to get basic maintenance done on it even the weekly things 

You ask question and they don't answer 

Your on your own ... if the truck is broken now they answer 

Overwork staff is the right word for it! Overtime and extra milage due to the staff leaving or not coming in to work

No accountability of each employee like new employee are doing more hard work as compare to old employees.
Too low hourly wages they paying to their production line workers.

Love working there. I know that my superiors and peers loved my work ethics and performance. I represented the company and the location I word at and kept good relation within the organisation. I made a great difference in the company and I was always being admired for my conscious and productive contributions on and off the job.

Very fast pasted transport company.
The department was responsible for the following:
Unloading of import containers
Loading of export containers
Loading and unloading of various outside transports, including the shipping and receiving of merchandise.
Cross docking
Loading of pre-loads

Archaic and backwards way of working. Customer Service Manager is a greedy and narcissistic bully. Not overall good for mental health. 

Management is okay, but often put down and demean each other, making employees uncomfortable.

This company is experiencing severe "growing pains", they discourage having a healthy culture and work life balance. They encourage not knowing your coworkers and pushing their agenda.
