New managers are Trans Pro out of Milton. Unorganized,constantly asking to do "favors" which is usually a cross-border autoparts run which affects HOS for the next run out. Customs ppwrk comes out of India and there's usually delays waiting for clearance numbers. Seymour needs to come into the office and clean house. He's buying good LTL carriers and allowing managers to absolutely ruin them. Don't waste your time at this group of companies. I'd sign a union card here if I ever got the chance.

I started with this company not knowing any rules of the trucking industry.  They hired me to cover reception and offered me to stay on and learn about the paper and electronic logs.  My full experience here at Transport N Service was a great one.  Loved working with the drivers, teaching/training them how to use the electronic log system, keeping their files up to date, making sure all their documents with expiry dates were on time, etc.  Was a great challenge.

Been here for over 4 years. It's a decent place, pay is good, miles are there. The equipment is very well maintained, can go to Blue Beacon once a week for truck and trailer wash. Good work/home life balance, never had time off denied. Was recently taken over by a corp so time will tell how it goes. Currently I can't complain. Doing this in Feb 2023, will update if things change.

TNS is one of the best companies I have worked and I'm still presently there. Well paid and new equipment. And great maintenance and shop on site. I highly recommend TNS to anyone with experience in trucking with a clean record. 
Great management and support when needed. 

It's not a bad place to work. Used to be a great company years ago but then it was sold to a much larger company and things seem to go downhill from there. There are no dedicated runs and no seniority. So don't expect after putting your time in to be able to decide where you run.
But the bright side is they will keep you moving, and they're very flexible with your schedule.

Like every other trucking company however, if you have a young family you will miss them terribly. If you you are single you can make great money. No hazmat, no reefers, dry van only.

Great place to work if you like LTL, lots of Chicago and Atlanta drops in some very difficult places. Dispatch is like every other place, "just do it" attitude. Safety and compliance people were amazing. Shop got things fixed right away if there was an issue.

Great team of drivers who have pride. Great dispatch and management and service and back office members. Great equipment as trucks are fully decked out and very well maintained at all times. Great facility. Great company. You are lucky if they accept you.
