Just as the title says, very poor upper management, no support, company values are not practised by upper management, but they expect lower employees on the chain to follow. Lots of double standards employees are expected to do multiple roles at a lower wage. 

If you’re looking to work in a toxic work environment that doesn’t care about you as a person/being, look no further! Patronizing, disrespectful, belittling. If that’s what you want go ahead but no room for fair treatment by management and issues are recurring with Service. Would not recommend at all.

Travelhome RV was a great place to work where everyone felt like family.  I hadn't felt that happy in a position since I worked for Aviva.  If you had a problem, someone was always ready to help you out.

diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers. May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.

Travelhome used to be a great company, but the company has been gutted over the last few years and is currently very poorly managed. They only give lip service to caring about employees.

This was a great place to work. Very nice people, good pay. Opportunity for advancement in the company is available. Upper management changes, so potential for changes coming.

Very kind people to work with and relaxed environment. Monthly luncheons and yearly Christmas Party’s. Wide selection of products and great service too.

Staff is a lot of fun, but you never know what kind of mood the management is in, that really determines what kind of atmosphere is going to be around the shop.

I loved the job so much, hours were great, the environment was wonderful and benefits were really great! Sadly I ended up losing the job, which really sucked
