The skills you will develop and possess can be taught, but show the people giving you invaluable knowledge that you’re earning what’s being offered. Ask questions, listen to what’s being taught; because not only will your attention to detail translate into your everyday work. But that exact knowledge will build an environment of safety in the work you perform as well as increase the safety of those around you. 

Engraining a positive attitude for everything you do,  because at the end of th day -  that mindset will significantly influence every aspect of how you work and feel. The entire l time your away from home 



 

Was a great job I highly enjoyed working on the rig.  I need to leave the company to help my wife who was ill at the time raising our first born.  She was alone for three weeks at a time and it was to much for her.  So we moved back to BC to be closer to family.  

I worked in Conklin AB.  It was my second job in the Oil Fields.  I previously worked as a pipe fitter/welders helper for EOS pipelines in Red Earth Creek AB.  I need to sustain an Oil Field job for the financiall security.  

I enjoyed the hard work, the free room and board and the food.  Hard work is right up my ally.

The job is not for everyone. Everyone working around you is aggressive and strong-natured, which is not always a bad thing, but it is not an environment that is comfortable for everyone. There are also a lot of people that make the job harder and less enjoyable by not being considerate. While the tasks are simple, they are repetitive, done multiple times a day or week. The job is physically demanding, and while there are pros and cons to that aspect, it does not fit everyone's abilities.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great environment, great people. And amazing equipment 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Wouldn’t say there is any stressful part. Find the right crew and they’ll bring you up to be a good hand. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great, good people and environments.

The field supervisor for grande prairie area was not a good person he would hire his buddies from other companies to work for him rather then his own treeline employees always jerkin employees and crews around not good company to work for unless your a sucker for punishment.

Treeline was a great company to work for. Awesome wages/benefits with a family feel. Great Iron and lots of opportunity to advance. Crews are good and willing to teach.

I enjoyed working with the Crews and Management is Considerate. High Pay. Physically Demanding . You stay in Nice Hotels , and the company pays the highest in the Industry.

Worked on a new rig for 4 years in the early 2000, Very nice equipment on the whole. 
Good management, field supervisors at Onoway location well experienced, personable and accommodating.

I love the work these guys have and are always busy. The team is awesome, work never slows down. The bosses in the office aren’t scared to come out to the rig. 

Friendly staff, well maintained equipment and they have something for everyone. Would recommend to someone looking for a good crew in the oil and gas industry.
