What is the best part of working at the company?
The only good part about working at the company was getting a paycheck. The workplace culture was extremely toxic, management created constant pressure and fear, and employees were not treated with respect. There was little appreciation for hard work, poor communication from leadership, and a strong feeling that employees could be replaced at any time. Speaking up about problems or unfair treatment felt risky, which made the environment stressful and mentally exhausting.


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part of working at the company was the high-pressure environment and feeling of job instability during management decisions. Communication was often unclear, and changes in direction created uncertainty and stress in daily work.


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment could be very stressful due to constant production pressure and tight deadlines. Communication from management was often inconsistent, which made it difficult to stay aligned on expectations. At times, certain management styles, including Eric’s, made open communication feel difficult and discouraged feedback, which added to the overall workplace stress.


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day involved working in a fast-paced production environment, focusing on meeting daily targets and deadlines. The role required close coordination with team members, following safety and quality procedures, and adapting quickly to changing priorities throughout the shift. Communication with supervisors was frequent to ensure production requirements were met.

A typical work day at Tench was very busy but highly productive. Each day was full of challenges and that taught me a lot of things. Every project I dealt with had a different spec to refer and thus required a different design. This was the most exciting part of my work. I was blessed to work with very friendly and highly qualified colleagues and managers. I was always guided correctly and well taught (in my initial years) by my seniors. They were very helpful and accepting. To a great extent, it was their behavior and goodness which taught me to give it back to my juniors when I became an Intermediate Engineer. Working with Trench dint only enhance my Technical Skills but also taught me Management and Interpersonal skills. 

I am a perfectionist and thus the hardest part of my work was to meet the deadlines with precision. Over the time I did master this art and was doing better than expected. The most enjoyable part of my work was that, that we all worked as a team. There was a great bonding between departments and all the employees were very humble and helpful. Everyday was full of excitement, new challenges and had something new to learn; and that was the best part of my previous position and workplace.

Everyday in HR was different. I was submersed into the various functions of HR. One day I might be working on policies and forms; the other day, it might be recruiting; and another day, coordinating training schedules. 

What I learned in a few months, turned out to be a year of knowledge! In comparison to my other peers, Trench Limited gave me ahead start in my HR career. This was all possible by management sharing their experiences and knowledge in HR, and providing advice on how to tackle possible situations that may arise.

I would honestly recommend working at Trench for coop or to complete an internship because of the invaluable work experience you will acquire.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. Management makes it clear they don't give a thing about you, just get the job done.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not wanting to be there, money is the o ly motive to be there and it ain't much of a motivator when you have to put up with a tonneau of garbage. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful and back stabbing... if you don't have depression there then you successfully kept to yourself, good luck with that part.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful and back stabbing. Best of luck not being depressed.

A typical day involves collaborating on projects, attending meetings, and completing tasks. I learned project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Management is supportive, fostering a positive environment. The culture is inclusive and collaborative. The hardest part is managing multiple deadlines, while the most enjoyable part is working on innovative projects and seeing results.

Company is stucked in the past. Zero organization, no commitment with employees career plan, change management often, poor leadership and stressful work environment. 
On top of that, Supply Chain Manager is misogynistic and doesn’t treat womans with respect. 

Not a good place to work! Poor culture no advancement. Back stabbing culture! For the past 10 years the company has been going downhill. The orders are not as good as they were, better competitors now with less failures.

Trench Limited is being led in the right direction.  The changes taking place here will ensure many years of satisfied customers and employees alike. I would definitely recommend Trench as a good place to work.

I have accomplished a lot and learned a lot. The financial model adopted is state of the art. Very good team and very family oriented. The professional development was amazing.

My fellow employees were amazing. This company though is going downhill because of in proper management. they need to listen to their employees more to help improve the company.
