Small warehouse. I've been working there five years and mainly drive the reach forklift. Never got a raise after getting certified on it or the walkie rider forklift. Didn't get a raise for performance either. Warehouse is small so instead of using the machines to pick your own order, order pickers have to call a forklift driver to drop skids of product for them. It's frustrating getting called all day as a machine operator by several people in a small warehouse, and when it gets really busy there's not enough time to put skids back up because people still constantly call you. People and skids get in the way and it's a headache, and especially not worth the pay.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Staffs are friendly and work schedules matched my availability. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not being able to locate an item that was needed to be picked. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Spacious and well-equipped environment. Diverse, multicultural. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A busy but full of energy day working with my coworkers.

Enjoy working there. Can get stressful but what job doesn't.  Most staff are great, some I am surprised they keep, considering their work ethic isn't so great. Pay is hard earned. The harder and longer (years) you work, the more you are paid, but raises are not too good. Kind of insulting.  Especially if you do overtime and anything asked and more of you. Good place to learn.

You would get in and put your stuff away. Talk to the supervisor, they would give you orders to pick, and one by one you would go though them and complete as much as possible.

I would go to work and receive orders off of trucks. Always occupied and the people I worked with had great energy. It is a smaller warehouse so I got to know everybody.

It was fun working @ Trend, the working environment is really good. It's a small company so everybody works as a big team towards the same goal.

There is a lot overtime if needed. A lot of walking and the staff are good and nice. Need to work hard for a raise. Enjoyable experience if it is your first time working in a warehouse.

My typical day was just a normal day, greet my colleagues and ready for my daily tasks. Everyone is friendly. The workplace is casual and comfortable.

I think it’s not very high income , but also good for future. I should say that it was normal job and far from my home.in addition I learned more overthere.

Trend is a great place to work, there are great people and management at the warehouse is awesome. Upper management is okay, to say the least.
