I would not recommend anyone to work here, one of the most dirtiest "welding shops" with no ventilation systems.
After working here for years and wanting to get my welding tickets, I am not able to because the hours I worked here are no good due to the fact that no one would sign off on my log book.
Unsafe, unqualified work environment.

Pretty decent place to work there is some good ppl here but management is junk  the lazy ppl get treated the same as the hard working individuals they only care about numbers at the end of the month and not so much there ppl 

Trout River was a great place to learn, Knowledge is thrown around like a secret. When you acquire so much of it you become a person to answer questions among the workers, I enjoyed helping people to complete tasks.

Company has poor culture. Managment is indifferent on many fronts.   Not an enjoyable place to work.  Poor compensation and recgognition of achievements and in the middle of nowhere.  

Best company ive over worked for, if you work hard, put out quality work, respect your peers, you will be taken care of. Free lunches, breakfasts are provided every once in while, which was awesome as well.

Management cares the need of employees, they will send you to school and give all requirements for you to be able get permanent resident. Staff are very friendly.

Management and sales and production floor all seem to be divided . Front office employees walk around thinking they are better then everyone else. And very poor management 

Has its position in the market but with poor management. Machinery plant depends on experiment not on testing and calculation. Too far away from any city.

They will get you fresh out of school when you don't know what you're worth. That's their culture. That and imported workers. The lifers are brainwashed. If you want to be successful in life don't weld here.

exist company, hard working people, good company future, cold place to work in it, some supervises shouldn't be there.normal working hours, disorganization.
