Good place to start after graduating. Not a good place long term as they underpay engineers. Management is okay, a lot of manager pass on their stress to their workers which makes everyone inefficient. A lot of work to be done, not enough people.

Learned a lot from the interesting projects on multiple aircrafts.
A group of very friendly and energetic engineers.
Poor communication and management.
Unpaid overtime.

Opportunity to learn because of responsibilities trusted to juniors. Poor management and toxic work culture. Innovative technology but low quality assurance.

In a growth mode, a lot of challenges, a lot of room for movement. Interesting products to work on. People are easy to approach. a lot of new things to learn.

i didn't have learn there 
the management is family and no one can get the right position
workplace culture is awfully bad  
as new employees have no experience they have just relation and references.

You can grow personally if you have your own goal. if you find good mentor/lead in this company you are lucky.
Generally poor management but they try their best

Good company to work with, people are nice and friendly. You can learn a lot from your team and other teams, and they are willing to teach you something. 

Possibility to work remote, flexible hours, good team spirit, good health benefits, company profit sharing plan, majority of people in entry to mid level professions are in their 30's.

Good please to advance in you carrier. Good management, nice colleagues, a lot to learn like technician, big parking lot, easy access to bus station, clean lab.

Very good. Amazing people, good teamwork and work environment. I have gained a lot of experience from other team member and I really enjoy working here.
