i worked at ts tech and have an experience how to communicate with others with aspect of respect and environmental .i the day and time adjustment its depend on you how you managed it and of course teamwork are not this obey by an opponent as competitive manpower.i learned in workplace is to communicate if you dont have a communication how you gonna learn,self respect, to communicate properly to avoid accidents like threaten other teammates.schedule is the hardest part of the job if you have quota you have to be have a quality,checking,fast-paced,time management when you gonna start and finish the production with no injuries but its not too clear at the job if you not get injured or get sick when you get home.either its not your faults what are workers gonna do if they get sick at home and they accused you as guilty of being no work  no paid its your fault and say yes its my fault because im not being respectful to my self. enjoyable experienced is to know everything at your environment such as knowing safety,in ballanced job, fair use of what you see and what you hear and having a competition to your teammates.and the memorable is they never accept you again because of the record of employee.using machines is the perfect workplace for anyone loves everything.when im writing this im in the workplace learning,manage every documentation ,environmental, has a role to create and build such as web designing itself non-bussiness profit lol. this a short entitlement as a worker if you harassment of my word thats me telling the experience what i see touch and hear ...that is the syles on my ability and respect to the mojority .if i want to get ill push on it to have them stay calm go with the flow if you are a looser you never will win.

A typical day at work:
Great understanding of production that had to be done, 2 10 mins breaks 1 30 mins break. Making our number 405, making sure the seats are built with a lot of caution to make sure it will be safe for Honda. 

What I learnt there:
How to build a seat from just frame, different tools such as: tor-wrench, drill, marking work when finished, soft hammer.

Management:
Was not the greatest, thing were not handle properly when is came to an issue towards co-workers,

Your co-workers:
Amazing co-workers, you would just want to go to work to be around them. Very supportive and a lot of team work.

The hardest part of the job:
The hardest part of the job was nothing really because challenge gets you very far and helps you learn and prove that you really want the job and very interested

The most enjoyable part of the job:
was not being forced to work at everyone's speed, you can take your time to understand the production and speed will come on its way. I would also say the people that worked all around the factory making the building very welcoming.

Come in circle meeting daily discuss issues that may have occurred and what is going on for the day. Head back to your work station, dicuss what needs to be completed for the day in your dept. If any issues come up discuss with management of dept and get them resolved asap. Discuss with coworkers of the dept and see if they have any input on issues and work together as a team to resolve them. Get parts in on a deadline for production to go out on time so we do not hold up our customer. Everyone pulls together when a problem occurs and works together to get it resolved so that we do not shut down our customer. You become as a family and your dept and other departments to get the item out on time. Management also gets involved to get things done on time.As I said its one happy family.

Worked there for about 3 months. Overall, the job itself was okay and manageable, but the contract didn’t really feel worth it for the pay. it’s slightly above minimum wage, but for factory work with a full-time schedule (40–45 hours a week), it didn’t seem competitive.
The environment was decent — nothing particularly bad, but also nothing that made me want to stay long-term. 
That said, I’ll definitely miss my coworkers — they were friendly, supportive, and made the shifts easier to get through.

In my opinion, this could be a reasonable short-term option if you just need quick work, but not the best choice if you’re looking for fair pay and better long-term conditions.

Safe working environment, respectful behavior, precise planning.

High production line speed, precision in the details of manufactured components.

It's in the best possible condition.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
From the moment I arrive, I am met with respectful behavior from all colleagues, then I start working and go through my shifts.

Easy to the point you can do it with your eyes closed but somehow people always make mistakes.
You can hit green lights for yourself alll day long and still be under quota because others arent working with you.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Hours and shifts are flexible. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Hygiene bad smelling people. Change over shift on Fridays are a headache.  The language barrier is terrible.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible, new culture they don't understand or care not to.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
For me hard on the hands. Working though the communication

I worked there for only 4 months at mechanical maintenance department as a coop mechanical engineer position. The staff in this department are easy going and noce to work with. The jobs are not so clear in this department. Sometimes it's busy when the production line are modified and most of the time are not busy. Working environment is not bad. The salary are at average of the industry. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
You can have a 10 minutes rest every 2 hours, that's all.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
move fast, hard work, team leaders never respect associates.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
intrigue against each other, because the rate is low, so most associates want to work over time, but you should buy coffee for team leaders.

It is what is ... repetitive work with a paycheck every week. Takes awhile to advance in pay, benefits have taken a hit since the minimum wage increase.

The people on the line are what makes this place tolerable. The management is what makes it the opposite. Learned a lot from the guys that have been there awhile.
