Upon working for this company and working up the ladder from Cashier to Management position I found that being on the lower end of things was far better . 
The job in Management was great LOVED it but having to work with someone who was verbally abusive and when bringing it to higher end nothing being done it caused me to quit due to a Drs order .

Getting to know my team members and getting to work with the public

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Scheduling, if couldn’t make a shift had to find your own replacement

The environment was good and so was the culture 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was busy. Time went by fast

Working at TSC was like a big ball of confusion always micro managing. Never had enough staff on hand I dont think they realized by saving money on wages they were losing customers due to poor service I have never worked for a company with such poor employee relations 10 years of service and I am relieved I am not part of their stressful unorganized idiotic environment anymore..

management at the time wasn't very good hours were only given to favorites  really didn't enjoy my time there at all i really wouldnt recommend working at the london east location they never had anything in stock and it always came back on the workers

I put the price tags on product
I learned how demanding Price accuracy is in a retail store
Management was great!
Co-workers were awesome
Hardest part was getting 40 hours worth of work done in 20 hourrs
the best part of my day was that I finished in the morning and still had the whole day ahead of me

was a part time employee and was working full time hours. on my days off they would call to see if i could work. Mostly for two hour shifts. I lived an hour and a half away and informed them that i needed at least four hours a shift.

I learned a lot here working with farmers and farming equipment. At first the management was fantastic, once the management changed the store seemed, to me, to go down hill. I still love what I do, just want to expand my options and opportunities.

TSC Sudbury is very friendly environment to work with. 
They treat there staff as though your extended family. 
Management overall are Wonderful.
Can be very fast pasted,and discouraging at times, as any Retail Job can be.

It was a fun environment a lot to learn. But management was terrible and I was not happy at my employment there. I would not suggest applying there to someone else unless they like having hours all over the place.

Great way to find a job in your field. I work as a clerk and people i work with are great to help me find products . Bringing products out and stocking shelves and helping customers find and get what they need.
