 Management is supportive, maybe sometimes to supportive to those that are truly not into the position for the right reasons. The work culture is amazing, not many places in the world you can work remote and still feel part of an Organizations.  The hardest part of being an Career Brokers is staying focuses and true to yourself and why you wanted to work Independently vs staying with a Traditional Recruitment firm.   This is not a position that you become successful in over night or even within 12 months of starting out. You have to build on each month and each success. It does come and with that comes freedom (work/life balance) and high income earnings and continued personal growth. 

In the end your, success and failures are your own, not the environment you are working in. 


I have used The Staffing Exchange services over the past  6 years. They were the absolute best experience as far as recruitment goes By matching my personal needs in a job along with all my skill and background they were able to match me to one of their many positions for Production Supervisors. The two brokers i have had the pleasure of working with over the year have always gone above and beyond for me. Having trouble with a job order? Call one of the 50 brokers for advice. Having trouble with placement process? Pick up the phone and call any one of the senior Management and they are happy to assist. In a business that can be so cut throat this a great change of pace. If you are a self motivated organized recruiter, this is the company you want to work for.

It's an amazing thing that random people can post inaccurate and dishonest things about this company. I have been working at The Staffing Exchange for the past 5 years and have nothing but great things to say about them.

I have an Unlimited earning package based on my hard work, I manage and own my clients and candidates, have access to my system anytime and can vacation every three months if I like.

I imagine unsuccessful people enjoy posting falsities.

Very limited as to how to you could earn money and when you actually placed someone they would roll back your placement dates and not pay you the bonus they offered. They even tried not to pay for the original placement in the first place. 

As a recruiter I have enjoyed my time with TSE. I have control of my earning potential and business hours.  Great work/life balanced organization.  Their training was ongoing, and all you had to do was reach out to someone to get assistance.  It wasn't always easy to decide what to work on, or who to work with.


If you love being on the phone, are trainable, have strong internet and computer skills, this job is for you.

Plan your business, keep yourself abreast of the training and you will succeed.

This company only pays commission, doesn't matter how they sell it, in the end, it's a commission role and senior associates benefit the most, new members don't get a decent shot at making a lot of money regardless of how hard you work.

A very good work environment and great location and great people to work with. 
Everyone very supportive and helps you to improve.
