Culture here is focused on getting the job done. Poor safety awareness, poor leadership, and an overall lack of accountability.  Was misled regarding initial job placement and duties several times.  Was treated poorly by tenured employees during training.  Overall the culture here is very poor, they tolerate unsafe and negative employees.  Very toxic workplace.

You're expected to do quite a bit and be available EVERY wknd just incase they need you. If you are not available ( cause ya know.. you have a life) you get written up. The 3 shifts is brutal, no way to get used to it. No sooner adjusting to afternoons and you're on nights, than back on days. It's hard on the body and makes a work/life balance near impossible. And your wage will never surpass 26 bucks an hr no matter if it's a yr or 10yrs. Not at all flexible.

They say in orientation will be full time in 3 months The real fact 6 to 9 months lot's of favoritism You have to ware grey shirts and full time ware Blue I guess new people are not part of the team 

They have liquid metal flying all over in the welding department. They say it can't hurt you but I don't enjoy seeing streams of metal headed for me, and they are too tight on control. If you miss one day in your probation period then you have to wait 6 months to even think about earning benefits and full time pay. It's good if you're in need for quick money but that is ut

in my 6 months probation there i learned how to offload the press, carry parts to their holding areas and re stock bins, and i was trained on operating the press, we worked 10 hours everyday and every other saturday, you could not refuse it, not that i wanted to most days

Okay place to work, they could use a pay increase to keep up with the times. People are paying around $2000 for 2-3 bedroom apartment in Simcoe and the $24.80 an hour only makes ends meet. The pay should be $27/hr. for the amount of work you’re expected to do.

set up machines for work , do 100% of production work that is required , learn to trouble shoot robotic welders , and look for any defects on the product ,

All the overtime in the world.
Pay is ok for the area.
 Shift work 
Over worked under appreciated , good luck asking for time off and if you get it might as well put in your walking papers when you get back. 

Same routines every day.
Hardest part of the job are Heavy lifting.
Lack of communication between operations and management team. 

Most enjoyable part of the job are your workmates.                                 

Ran into the ground by clueless management. Get promoted by the buddy system. Place used to be great to work at but it’s nose diving fast. Spent 13 years here and finally time to look elsewhere.
