Before you work for 7 days, nowadays they cut off all overtime. Only special people can work overtime now if you're not Patel your nothing. If you are a new hire they don't teach you all, they only teach you basics and after your training your on your own. The management is sucked especially the HR, they are rude and unprofessional. No special events or Chrismas party at all, only cheap dinner on Christmas at the cafeteria, also cheap pizza, and burgers every quarterly so boring. Some coworkers are just pretending to work but don't do anything. Few managers and supervisors are good like the manager at the night time but some of them are rude like the QRT guy in AOI night shift very unprofessional. There's no room for growth and the pay raise is so low. The most enjoyable part of the job for me is my co-workers in night shift they all nice and willing to support me and I want to mention and give thanks to this person in the QA department, Impedance operator in night shift. He is very knowledgable and dependable, always there ready to help me even though I'm in the deferent department, But not only me, also everyone who needs help he will reach out for them. BIG RESPECT to this guy. This the reason why I'm still working here.

Working there is good with friendly co-workers and we help each other in order to get the job done. I learned how to be cautious on every job, quantity is not an issue to me always the quality. I gave 1 star for the management because of too much politics. The hardest part of my job is when the job needs tight tolerance and since the machines are too old there is always a probability of having scraps cause of machine moving. The part I enjoyed most is doing troubleshoots and getting all the job done on time since I am the one who do new and rush jobs. I really like working in that company but I need a job with high salary too since my family is getting bigger and budget is tight and I'm getting only minimum.

I was an intern at TTM Toronto Canada for about 4 months during Summer 2021. I thought I'd leave a review here to help establish the company on Indeed. This is a good company for Canadian Engineering & Technology students as well as Environmental Sustainability. The interns had a diverse skill set. Management and HR are very welcoming and experienced, most of the full time staff are seasoned employees who know the place inside and out, and the manufacturing plant is loaded with heavy machines and robotics for those interested, safety is highly regarded.  

What is the best part of working at the company?
I got proper training for all the machine I operated in different departments like SES, Power wash, Plazma etc.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Night shift was there so initially staying awake whole night was difficult but later I got used to with the schedule.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is very positive and helping people.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I used to work in SES where we check the PCBs for its gold or copper  in the circuit.

Everybody in the company getting a very low wage than the industry standard. That's why the other things are easy in the company, like job security because the money they're giving you will not be accepted by many people. No structure, or procedure for work. No spares for maintenance people. No bonus, just salary and you can waste your time in the company as much as you want to make some overtime as the need somebody in the maintenance section all the time.
Human resource is the worst, with many fools working under a bigger fool lady. They didn't even send my t4 on time, first time in canada for me.

working in night shift from last 10 years  that's very hard for me.now i am looking new place to work in only day shift.
i learned a lots thing from this organization.my co -worker and management are great.and i always love and enjoy my duties at any condition.and the most enjoyable part of the work is when i found some mistake frome my rutine work and den management appriciat that.

My work in TTM Technology was a great experience, even if I was working on a minimum wedges + Night shift bonus but work culture never let me feel that. I always felt that I am also an important part of the team.  All the seniors were so much helpful that they literally taught me the work and initially crossed check to avoid mistakes once they got confidence that  i am producing out put without error then they let me work independently.
I always love to work with TTM Technologies.

The leadership can't accept responsibility for themselves. The leadership also is full of insecure people who can't stand others happiness

good day, not so much pressure, gemba walks

I loved working there great people great management. I would still be working there if the didn't close the santa clara location it was a great environment to work in management listens to you and takes ideas into consideration there was a lot of overtime if you wanted it there was also constructive criticism whether it be good or bad felt very welcoming working there
