They care most about finding cheap labour and paying you below fair market value. Then comes the begging you to bank your hours, they will hassle you every week asking you to bank your hours. It gets annoying. 
Then it takes forever to get paid. I’ve had a few classmates work there and they all tell me they have the same issues. Do yourself a favour and find an employer that isn’t just looking for a warm body to charge out at 4.5x your hourly wage. 

This company is top notch. And every other company needs to take notes from them and their workers.

Every member of the team were highly skilled, highly knowledgeable, on point, proactive with problems, supportive of each other, flexible.... the list goes on.

The job culture is fantastic. It was a breath of fresh air being with a group who cared about their jobs, about safety, about being like a family.

These guys have my highest respect that I can give. And they deserve praise and more. I would bend over backwards for them any time they want, even if it's not job related.

The only downside was the pay. They all deserve more than what they got.

The technical support from leaders, either inside or outside your department.

Flexible or remote hours is given as well.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to read engineer's handwritten notes.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone loves their job and leaders care for them.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Coffee,  work, water, chat for a bit, learn something new...  repeat.

Company nickel and dimes employees. The company has gotten to big and greedy. You're just a number now a days. Not like the old days. 
They give bonuses in the spring, hope you don't get laid off in the winter or forget it. They play silly games. 

Really love working with my co-workers.  Lots of different projects to work on.  People work hard here and do good work.  
The management listens to you and cares about the people here.  
Good flexibility - its more important to get your job done then how many hours you sit somewhere.


Great work environment! Staff, management and leadership are all supportive and willing to listen to your opinions. Work is fast paced and can be challenging, but is never unmanageable. Great company culture!

They value your time and show appreciation for your effort. You will have an excellent support system to guide you through your challenges and experiences. A great company to work for in Northern Ontario!

Great Company to work for. Although due to health problems with my wife I was forced to abandon my work with them and come home. I have reached out for another opportunity however nothing is available.
