My dispatcher is great, the best I ever had. The company treats you with respect. It doesn’t work all the time like it should but over all good trips, payed layovers, save trucks, sometime long wait hours but you get it payed. You have to spend often a lot off money out off your pocket on the trip ahead but you get reimbursed. Money comes regularly. Not a good benefits. They respect your home time.

Tippical day,  hurry up and wait.. 
I learned that the dispatch person has his own agenda. And only certain operators get the revenue loads.
Certain members of the management,  smile and seem helpful but stab you at the same time.. 
No real hard parts to the job.
Except making the dispatch timing for multiple pickups.  Because of unforseen holdup..  

Has one of the best kept yards in the transportation industry in and around Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. They had/have a good deal of business and some people were great to work with. Down side low mileage rate of pay, poor benefits, and the need to accumulate excessive miles in order to garner a credible paycheck... i. e. On the road approximately 28 days....

Lots of work, friendly staff. Unorganized, lack of follow through, left trying to sort things out for yourself when crossing the border.

Do keep equipment clean, dont mind paying for washing out while on road.

Loved working for company would still be there if hadn't developed sickness .worked there for few years staff easy too get along with .good runs great maintenance of equipment.fair pay for work done and hometime when requested .newer model equipment .

Stressful working here, forced Dispatch, clearly they do not know how to properly dispatch a load.
I screwed up here, I admit it, but their forced Dispatch contributed to my stress so not a good recipe for owner ops, I need to say.

good equipment well maintained. backhauls home poorly set up. begrudging of time off. but would try to get you home for appointments. I was well treated at turks. i have no complaints.

enjoyed my job positions got to drive semi truck around the yard with trailer park trailers next to other ones then park truck .Got more experience in driving semi .Some days where harder then others but no job ever perfect and easy.

I don't have anything negative with this company. New equipment well maintained. If you need time off just say so and they can on most occasions accommodate you.

In all I wouldn't hesitate to work there again.

Not very organized/ very poor dispatch!!   Very poor payroll!!!no city tractor / driving hiway trucks in city- too much risk for Winnipeg Manitoba! Small company with office bullying and driver favoritism!
