Fun place to work great learning experience, but during winter the hours are very long due to no business and you end up finishing your tasks very fast and end up standing and doing nothing. Poor management. Boss said i never did enough even though i finished all tasks and always made sure the store was super clean. Boss never could pay on time or keep store items in stock.

I have 19 years of relevant experience in the field of baking and cooking.
Having already held similar positions in the areas of Bakery-Pastry and Cook, I have acquired the skills necessary for this position. They were really compressive about the needs of their employees, but sometimes I felt overwhelmed by all the work that they ask to do. Besides that there’s not a lot of things that I can complain about. It was a good experience.

it was a very mediocre place to work, the store owners were irresponsible they would often leave me at the store alone when i was underage and would leave me for hours on end.

Only work 4 hours, once or twice a week. So paychecks aren't much. Flexible on shifts but not hours. You don't work with co workers very often but manager is nice.

It's an easy job if you don't want to really do much. Some shifts you may do a ton of prep and customer service. But if there are days when it is slow.. have fun!

It was alright, the job gets tiring and boring after a while. However, interacting with customers is pretty awesome. Manager is extremely slow with the salary.

I was able to learn and grow quite effectively here when I was promoted to key holder. I managed the safe and till, did accounting and inventory and managed a few newer employees. 

My manager was very nice and the customer  fantastic

The staff was so funny always joking team work.

The hardest part was no time to have a break very busy place

Manager is kind and approachable.
The team works well with each other to deliver a great quality of service.
Tiring but an enjoyable work.
