The most amazing work environment and culture that I have ever worked in. It truly feels like one big family there. The owners and management are amazing and really care about there employees! They are also humble and respectful towards all of their employees! They are very accommodating always which makes it easy to maintain a work /life balance. Everyone enjoys coming into work everyday including myself!

I believe that this company is a great company to work for. I was very comfortable in the 5 years that I worked here. I started out as a EIT and became a P.Eng here. The management and mentor-ship was excellent and I learned a great deal here. I believe that one would be lucky to work for TWD because they have a great culture and everyone is pretty nice.

Typical day at work was to manage projects to ensure smooth completion. I learned about project management.

TWD is a fantastic company with talented people and supportive management. It offers a variety of projects that provide great learning opportunities for both seasoned and young engineers and designers, where you get to work directly with clients and vendors and gain valuable hands-on experience.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Revolving door. I heard one guy make a comment. When he left that he couldn’t say anything good about the company.

In my case, they treated me with disrespect and impudged my reputation

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very Unprofessional. I would never recommend anybody working there.

very predatory local management in Edmonton - very stressful environment - NO projects so that even as a full time staff I could not charge more than 16 hours a day

I loved working with this company. Everyone is relaxed but professional.
The work is interesting but challenging.
Management is ‘top-notch’ as well.
Unfortunately, I was laid off due to the Coron-19 virus as were others seconded to clients, but I would love to work for them again in the future.

It is a good company with low salary and small sizes projects.

working from 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM but most of the time until 6:00 PM without any extra pay.

My work at TWD was fantastic. The people were lovely, work was really interesting and you could tell everyone has a passion for what they do. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to work there, either as a student or full time.
