What is the best part of working at the company?
The company is very good to their employees. They provide proper training and SOP for safety. And gave them 100% benefits and insurance. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There’s no stressful part about working during at start to end time of shift in every department because of advance equipment and training requirements.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Team works every day at every department. Well sanitized the whole facilities to maintain cleanliness. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Every holidays and everyone happy during payday.

A high volume store prepares you for any other dispensary or job in the cannabis industry. This location carried almost every product off the OCS, and you were expected to know all of them. It helped in the long run with interviews. It also makes discussions and education with customers extremely easy. This was by far my favourite location to work at. You get paid to make sales, talk about weed, joke around with coworkers and have a good time. It's reminiscent of the old times in the industry where you could just hang out with people and sell weed.

Enjoy the company and I love my job. But no room for advancement, they only hire part time been with the company since April and still only getting (3) 6 hour shifts a week.. not enough to live. Have to get a second job if your not apart of management, and they want you to put everything into this job yet they won't give you the hours to make it worth it. They pick and choose who they want to advance and it isn't equal opportunity to advance even tho  we all had the same training.

I had an alright time there. I wouldn't say its a fantastic job but it wasn't really that bad either. Sometimes when working the pace can really pick up and then other times it can be really slow and pretty boring. The management is fairly good although sometime receiving a response from them can take quite a long time. Minus a few people I encountered, the people there are really nice. 

They need to start treating all of their employees as people and not just numbers. 
For the first two years , the CEO was very personable and employees were respected . 
After the take over, moral and advancement in the company dropped significantly.

Like everywhere the drama within fellow staff

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very comfortable. They dnt allow anyone to be discriminated. They deal with it right away

I had to walk about 15kms a day during my whole shift.
it was physical work at the greenhouse with extreme humidity and temperature.
Management of labor was well organised.
The culture of workplace was fast paced.
The hardest part was physical work which was tiring only for the first week but later on that became the best part because it really helped me be in good shape.

Amazing job. I did amazing. They just don’t see that. Managers are hit or miss. You can be a passionate worker and they’ll make you quit; they’ll call you and convince you you aren’t good at your job. 

I enjoyed working with tweed, it was a Supplementry side part time job- I didn’t get many hours, I enjoyed the staff for the most part, but found the management inexperienced in the cannabis and it’s usage. They depended on the courses, but had no real experience with the products they were selling. Not sure about how it now- but overall everyone was great. 

Relaxed atmosphere and great co workers. Unfortunately the management team was very inexperienced and had troubles managing the staff and products and scheduling.  It was hard to talk to the management and promoted popular people rather than the ppl that deserved it.
