What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture and work environment was so bad, I was more willing to travel to my other long term care job outside the city.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fairly typical of a long term care home. As a PSW you're toileting and assisting other residents with their ADL's, for the most part this consists of you bathing them while they're on the toilet for their AM care. The environment was extremely stressful, most staff there (in the 6-2 shifts especially) are very reluctant to help and you will be left waiting for a long time more than likely if someone is a 2 person lift.

Tabor Manor has this sense of family when it comes to the people working shoulder to shoulder. Your team is your family, you do anything for them, and they for you. The building itself is beautiful, and the care that is taken toward your loved ones is like no where else. The management needs A LOT of work, Radiant Care may be "not for profit" but the management at the Tabor manor location sure treat their employees like their only out for a dollar. They treat their employees terribly unless you do absolutely every single minuscule thing they ask of you, and if you fail, count the good book goodbye. 
I'm going back to work for a job that gives me less money and more happiness, because this job has taken every ounce of self love and happiness away from me.

The workers are dedicated to the job. They love the work that they do and have good camaraderie. It creates a good work environmental vibes

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When there’s an outbreak.  Staff are concerned for themselves and the resident they serve. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s normal that there’s some conflict but usually resolve by the staff. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I love that work that I do so I can say it’s usually like mingling with your family

Hard working employees, who care deeply for the residents,and work well as a team.  Typical day at work included preparing various food textures for residents diets.  Delivering and serving food to residents. cleaning, and using all kitchen equipment.  It is most enjoyable interacting with residents.  The hardest part of the job is changing floors on which you work, especially when short staffed and the work load is heavy.

I enjoy working there it seems we are always working short but its a great place and supportive co workers long shifts sometimes but the staff are friendly and a great help to newbies good staff room and lockers are clean showers

Management was the worst ever worked with. Liked to target people they felt were trouble so you never argued or dared to disagree. The clients are the best part of the job as coworkers were very gossipy and cliquey

Tabor is a nice place to work. I enjoy my time there. Staff is friendly and facility is clean and new. Tabor has wonderful PSW staff, friendly and compassionate. The overall feeling is good. Most staff seem to truly enjoy their jobs. Recommend Tabor.

I so enjoy the company of my team and enjoy the atmosphere. Nursing staff is great.  Everyone gets along for the most part and different teams collaborate to help proudly direct patient care.

Everyone is really nice and respectful. You can really tell they care about their residents. There's a sense of camaraderie. I had to move otherwise I wouldn't have left 

The place is very clean . And mostly the resident are happy living there and satisfied with the care they get from the staff. The staff are very discipline . The company serves and provide good and healthy food to residents .
