What is the best part of working at the company?
Amazing support from the Management crew. Working remotely, there was always someone to help while going through the learning curve. Amazing product to sell.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part is when the market changed for snowmobiles and sales were not good due to the lack of snow.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work environment and great culture.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working remotely we had meetings every week and everyone was a zoom call away.

Pros:

Incredibly talented people work here, many hard workers looking to deliver on some great projects.
Lots of learning opportunities, although don't expect much hand-holding.
New equipment, tools, etc. 

Cons:
Clueless management. Org chart is a mess, 1 manager for every two employees. Incredibly bloated. 
Routinely 3-5 people between your daily tasks and the person making the decisions.

I approve of the CEO and the founders, they are smart and down-to-earth people and extremely hard working. You will get to work on exciting projects and develop new technologies and designs. 
The biggest disadvantage here is that it is not organized, people's tasks overlap and lots of information get transported by word of mouth, which makes it an inefficient way to communicate engineering information. 

Taiga is a company that is trying to quickly revolutionize the way people access the outdoors.  Lots to do but it's exciting to be part of something that has never been done before!

Since I joined here the production rise massively but when you work somewhere with friendly and supportive people you don’t feel the pressure!
Taiga is one of the best place to work in Canada.

Challenging environment and interview, but great to work at.

A good place to work and exhibit one's expertise. The hard work is recognized and appreciated by the managers. 
The work life balance could be jeopardize sometimes but other than its a fun place to work.

Interesting and innovative projects, great co-workers, relaxed atmosphere, room for advancement, flexible / hybrid work, hours are great, one of the few places where management actually cares about employees. FAIR PAY

Great environment to work in, treat everyone with respect. No pressure on employees, 3 breaks some times meals . Very concerned for everyones safety i love working with them.
