That’s one of the problems, there was no consistency so it’s impossible to answer

Terrible place, no one speaks the same language. Lazy guys with little talent. No organization, no safety program. Nothing but the wip. Yard full of nails, sharp objects everywhere, very dangerous place. They don't care about your safety or your health, only production! The second you don't produce, your gone! DO NOT WORK THERE!

Great guys to work with, never had any problems. If something is wrong, just talk with supervisor and it will get figured out. Work can get physically demanding and some days are chill. You will learn a lot about the trade working here, I would recommend working here to others. 

A great place to work if you love micromanagement to the point of extreme frustration. In my short time there I witnessed 2 employees fired over the course of 9 hours. Lost my position there over the phone, while sick at home.

I was highered at beginning of summer and the safety was poor the micro management of the owner and his son was the worse I ever seen in my 20 years in the industry. Hurt my shoulder mid summer because of poor safety practices and was told it was my fault, left would never recommend for anyone to work there.

This was a great place to work. It's custom fabrication so we were always building something new, this allowed a lot of room to grow and learn new skills. Workers are nice and very friendly.

Good Company learnt a lot about how to manage a department.Enjoyed new challange every day.Completed various projects with help of managment.Overall experience is good
