A typical day at work means you have to be actively engage with customers trying to make their way to destination, sometimes, it will be an irate customer who is confused about the change in transport service whom you have to help the best way possible to calm his/her hanger and help them gets to their destination on time and safely.
During the period, I have been able to understand how help customers with different emotional behavior arising from their frustration with transport disruption.
The work place culture of love, respect and support for one another is paramount in Talent World.
The hardest part of the job is likely, standing for hours with short breaks, getting home late after every late night shift and dealing with homeless folks during each shift.
The most enjoyable part of the job as to be helping a customer resolve their confusion and seeing a confuse customer smile after you have provided the need support to them.

Employment venues were  generally welcoming.   The assigned tasks were straightforward  in nature. The host staff were welcoming  and 
accommodating .  I especially appreciated the flexibility extended to me related to scheduled hours.  I appreciate the energetic, tireless efforts made to find accessible and suitable placements as arranged by Rhiannon Waye as one of the assignment co - ordination.  I appreciate her sincere interest to find ideal options.

Talent World has a partnership with Cannapiece to hire temporary workers with the "promise of potentially getting hired full time". In reality, they use your labor for a month to fulfill their orders and then let you go. Their company is just a farm for temporary workers that they fire and then rehire so that they don't have to pay people a basic living wage and give them benefits. If you are down to work at a company with more turnovers than a McDicks drive through this is your place. They do not care about their employees, you are a number to them.

Also managers are all newly trained, and/or incompetent. They are making things up as they go along.

I find Talent World as a Productive and positive work environment, Front desk Skills, welcoming workplace environment. The job was for a short term. Company’s process is highly personalized and thorough, finding exceptional talent and that talented individuals can fully utilize their skills.

You start the day with safety talk, and light aerobics/exercise before you are assigned your role. I learnt a lot by being assigned different department roles to learn something new.
The company has one of the best workplace cultures where everyone is supportive and ready to help. 
The management is welcoming and supportive and always wants to help when called upon.
I'm yet to experience the hardest part of the work because the workplace is enjoyable

As a temp you'll be expected to meet unrealistic targets, take wrong directions without question ( happens almost daily) , work can get cut early or "work shortages" (which is there way of saying we don't want/need you) and it happens often, limitted training but expected to know everything, your expected to take accountability but anyone in a higher position won't and blame you in a second. Lastly every other temp thats working will also try to screw you over so they will be asked to do special tasks or keep their job.

Supervisors give us brief instructions of what is happening and what is expected from us. Everyone is the team look out for each other and make sure new hires are welcomed gracefully. I learned that customers are diverse as some are nice as well grateful with the services we provide and some have always to complain about but it is needed to deal with each customer professionally and empathize with them.

The most unprofessional work place I’ve ever stepped foot in. Management does not care about there employees, they will almost never hire there temporary workers full-time. They’ll subtly change your time card so they take money from you each shift. They’re have been countless things from the women's and mens change room stolen, so you can imagine the type of people who work here. Unless you’re desperate I don’t recommend working here.
