In the years of employment with this company I have earned an emense amount of knowledge and have always had a good challenge in my day to day experiences. A typical day requires a constant attention to detail for both the benefit of customers as well as the company. 
I have always been a customer orientated person and i think the company appreciates it although the sense of urgency isn't always present when it come to staffing.
The people i have worked with (for the most part) have been a joy to be around day after day and they have made my experience here enjoyable.
There really is no "hard" part to my job here other than trying to cram a 16 hour day into 8 hours...... if you know what i mean!
Overall I really do enjoy working for this company as I like the challenge of trying to grow a business.

Plenty to learn from highly skilled techs who are willing to teach. Never felt on my own during my time here. Guys on the floor are insightful and are always willing to lend a hand. Definitely a hectic place to work at as work comes at every angle imaginable. But if you can keep up, your spot is pretty secured.  Management can be a stumbling point especially when it comes to raises. A lot of times management sucks the morale out of the shop - “productivity” and “ effeciency” are the 2 words that irritated everyone the most.

A typical workday isn't too stressful. Some friendly staff, though work atmosphere isn't very 'happy'.

No job security or chance of advancing in the company. It is understood daily you can be fired for any random reason, they prefer to hire externally rather than letting employees apply for new positions.

Management is friendly as long as you don't need to deal with HR, however they are there for themselves. Don't work here expecting to have any workplace support.

I was out sourced by this company..oshawa location and communication with upper management is non exsistant. Any human being is just a number, if that to these people. Moral is terrible in work place. Super awesome employees is the only reason I enjoyed my time there. District manager is rude and ignorant and it didn't pay in this company at all to work above and beyond the hours I was expected to work.

Great training programs offered to build on skills and knowledge. Team building outings outside the work place.
Employees are valued for there individual achievements. Successful business and professional customer relations and management expertise at this location excelled as a team.

Great benefits/ rewards, quiet environment, lots of independent work, flexible hours, weekends off, lots of opportunity for advancement, many locations so you can be easily transferred, group activities such as Christmas parties.

Most of the fellow employees were good to work with. Hardest part of the job was dealing with people who thought the work waiting or being done ahead of them should be put to the side to deal with their issues immediately.

hours were good, learned a lot about the purchasing and costs of big trucks. My co workers were all great. The hardest part of my job was calling people for payments. We all know how hard it is nowadays. The most enjoyable part of my job would have to be always feeling included and appreciated

i only did co-op there but i enjoyed working with the mechanics. they mainly specialize in International trucks because they are an International dealership. i learned to work with diesel engines and to work as a team. the staff there is very friendly and will explain ant situation. they are there to help those who are in need.

this company is infected with nepotism. kids of management gets hired and promoted without much efforts.
all departments are understaffed and management keeps throwing work at new employee until he snaps and then work is given to another employee till his/her snap point.   
this company was great place to work until recent years.
