Well respected organization with concrete foundation. Serves wide variety of clients, low staff overturn, provides competitive salaries and opportunities for advancement. Management is respectful, understanding and professional. 

Unionized company - enjoyed my time working with them, clients are great, but appears to be tension among staffing team. Gossip/Rumors made for an uncomfortable environment.

Company provides excellent orientation and on-going training workshops to further the development of skills and enhancement of education.  Positive atmosphere with staffing team while working on the floor, feels like a family. 

Go up and beyond for their clients. Nothing is overlooked!!

I have never been stressed , it’s a Grey agency to work.

Tamir is a Jewish, not for profit, Organization focusing on individuals with developmental disabilities. We at the Office have a small Management/Office team who works closely together on a daily basis.

It was a very interesting place to work. They deal with disabled people and is a chartable company. I was working there on contract.
I was doing the accounts payables and administration.

Not ideal as nowhere, but a very good company in this sector in Ottawa, The pay is good and you also get free Kosher food. I recommend to apply there and wish you best of luck.

Amazing person centered organization. Enjoy working here. They value your skills and provide many opportunities for staff. They value the people they support. 

An excellent place to work overall. No complaints! A typical workday is routine and relaxed. Everyone is very community-oriented, friendly, and responsible for their own workload.

Amazing place to work! Everyone is very supportive and they make sure you have what you need to succeed. The clients and their families are also great.

It's a great work experience. Working with children and youth, having fun times. Dynamic team with excellent clinical supervision. Progress in career.
