started off hard since i worked in the morning but got easier as the day progressed. i learned that i need to be super careful when doing a job like this because injuries can be horrific.we work individual in our own truck either loading or unloading the truck and only see the coworkers during the break. hardest part would be in the begining when the day starts because you are so tired since you just woke up and they best part is when there is an hour left (last shift) everyone gets super energetic and finished everything that is needed to be done.

The recruiters were efficient at finding work for me even during low season , I figured full time would be available once experience is gained.  The only issue I had that their website was not organized and had no way of sending hours and documents to them.  Consideration for further short term or contract employment , this company is not a good choice.

Overall, still an ok choice as a last resort in between career to make extra money for any individual.

Working with target was good. They have flexible hours, they were able to accomodate my schedule, they go above and beyond to make sure their workers are good, working in safe conditions and really understanding when it came to their workers personal needs. This is one of the best labour employment agencies in my opinion. 

While you may just be working in different warehouses doing general labor. The ladies that find you work are the very best. They always listen and try to accommodate you the best they can. There is also no pressure to work if you need to do something else. Also many warehouses will hire workers from Target if they so desire.

I found Target Personnel cares about its employees growth and respect their availabilities.

Target personnel gave me enough work according to my availabilities and respected my boundaries. The management is easy to talk to. They provided me affordable steel-toed boots.

Worked long hours which interfered with my ability to cope with my home life. Wage was not sufficient for the dedication required.

The Employees are kind and care, I have aqcuired various skills within the workplace. The office is managed a but hectically. The hardest part of thr job is getting out of bed

I can call in the day of to recieve work, no prior planning needed. It's a great place for people whose schedules don't fit the regular criteria that most day-to-day shift work offers.

Arrived in 2014 been there on and off, flexibility always a must when trying to find right job. They helped all the way. So if ya got skills or very little...or none they can find you a spot and move you forward in work and life 

The staff are great. Its a friendly place and the other employees are pretty good overall. I enjoyed working here good for keeping in shape. Also I enjoy working in a variety of jobs and meeting new people
