Being an assistant manager, a typical day at work included the following duties:

•	Dealing with complaints and satisfying customer needs baring in mind that they are ultimately satisfied
•	Coming up with the best solutions so the customers come back for business again
•	Managing employee schedules
•	Doing inventory counts
•	Responsible for counting and balancing the cash register at the end of the business day
•	Training Employees
•	Serving food/ beverages
•	Being held responsible for counting and balancing the cash register at the end of the business day, as well as banking

My shift was the closing shift, so it usually sees little action. However, as a result, it tends to be boring or uninteresting. You are also responsible for whatever happens in the morning shift that carries on into the closing shift, which can either make your day better or worse. I learned how to multi-task as well as work alone, but I also learned some procedures which were questionable for safety reasons. The only hard part is making sure you close the store effectively and learning how to deal with the occasional influx of customers. The enjoyable part, for me at least is seeing my efforts to please the customer have an effect on them and hearing little bits of their lives as they order.

Really great place to work for new students because they get direct exposure to customers and it helps them to develop personal and organizational development. It can surely help them to understand the customer and the problem is key for anyone in a customer facing role. It will also help them to improve their Clear communication skills, Product knowledge, Problem-solving skills, Patience, Positive attitude, Positive language, Listening skills etc.

This was the worst place I ever worked at. The customers were amazing, but the management was not. The owner took all the employees tips, she never had a schedule. You never had a life, because you never knew if you had to work the next day. I hated this job and would never work for these people again!!!

This opportunity allowed me to gain experience at a very young age. It became like a chain that spread onto more different opportunities.
Wonderful culture and very enjoyable, I would say nothing but positive things about this career I obtained.

Owner understands employees require and they work with you like a family and well treat this place. Have fun.  Job security if you flow the rules of franchise and policy of store . They pay on time net and clean store well maintained.

Great restaurant to work at, everything is an excellent rating for this company. The quality of the food is great, the location in which I managed was great. All in all, this restaurant is a great business to manage.

Great work environment and friendly staff. Learned a variety of stuff while working there. Became more responsible, organized and learned so many culinary techniques and how to maintain a work environment.

The company is very good, professional to work, owner is very profession to manage and giving us a good training to learn each part of the work. Also owner is allow to do work with flexible hours.
