I worked here for a few months after moving to BC, and my experience was challenging. There were concerns regarding pay transparency, as the compensation offered did not fully align with what I understood the posted rate to be for the role. When I raised questions about this, I did not receive a clear response.

During my time at the company, I also experienced concerns about fairness and consistency in how I was treated compared to other employees. I was unsupported when workplace issues were raised, and I did not see appropriate follow-up or resolution from management.

Training and scheduling were also inconsistent, and I did not always receive the same level of guidance or access to shifts expected for a full-time role. At times, inappropriate language was used in the workplace, , which management was aware of and appeared to support.

There were concerns regarding management communication and accountability, as misunderstandings were treated as employee error even when instructions were not  effective or clearly communicated.

Overall, my experience did not align with the expectations I had for a fair and supportive workplace.

 they provide comprehensive training for professional growth and emphasise delivering top-notch service to guests. strong teamwork between all FOH and BOH staff, and a strict adherence to health and safety protocols . TIB is not just a place that provides work, but also an opportunity to grow professionally. to work alongside managers and colleagues who are experts in their fields, which has been a valuable experience. Everyone keeps it professional, supportive environment, strong work ethic. So far my experience with TIB is 5/5.


A typical was busy and full of fun and nice people.
I learnt how to deal with different situations and people everyday.
Management was supportive.
Work culture was more like a family (we were over 80 workers all together).
Dish washing area was the hardest part of the job as it was a small kitchen for such big restaurant and it used to get crowded on weekends.
Meeting new people everyday and I personally enjoy hospitality which made it more fun.

the management is so poor, all of them are unprofessional from top to bottom and don't know how to work, but always talk about professionalism. it's actually funny to watch all of them doing nonsense.
Here, they do have a caste system like used to be in India ages before.
For example, they think managers are the greatest and the rest have no respect.

this place is nice because management can more relaxed due to not being a big corp. i often found myself cracking jokes and actually being happy at this place,  but like with any other place there is a lot of gossip and sometimes lack of prioritizing the hard working staff. besides that the place is solid and honestly recommend to anybody due to the laid back style.

Working here at the position of bookkeeper and feels so blessed to start my journey from here in Canada because of the quality experience I get from here and easy to maintain Work-life balance. Its aways feels excited and productive while working here. Would always be happy to work with them.

working as a Host at Tasty is learning and ready to face the challenges that come across in real life as well.. really  a positive work environment that prioritizes hospitality and service excellence not onlynfor guest but also for employee and I really feel this. 

you can find some amazing people there that genuinely make work fun and exciting, but sometimes the pressure and stress of busy days can overtake you. 



I dont like much working here no scope of progess. Some of the managers yell at you for some tiny mistake. They dont give you full day shift just 4 hrs per day. They support the servers more than the hosts and bussers.
