Tayco Panelink

Tayco was an enjoyable working environment.  Staff, management and outside vendors and colleagues were all a pleasure to work with on a daily basis.  A typical day was usually fast-paced and required a lot of attention to detail.  Working at Tayco taught me to juggle many projects at one time while still exceeding expectations.  The hardest part of the job was leaving as it was difficult to say goodbye to many friends and colleagues whom I developed great relationships with over the years.  I enjoyed working as a team player most because everyday it felt like we were all striving toward the same goal, Tayco's success.   

first thing my supervisor would review the previous job done on the past day or day before. Always give the word of motivation at the begin of the work day, this was my favorite part and be able to prepare material for the assembly line was one ways to learn about material composition. Most importantly, be able to learn how a team of passionate individual put component together to make a whole part. I believe diversity is at the core of tayco value and that reflected on the customer satisfaction.

Well in the beginning it was a great place to work it seemed. But as time went on I saw some pretty disrespectful things happen to some employees. You turn your head and move on. But coming up to 4 years of being employed by Tayco I'm beginning to wonder, the more you do the more they want. We're humans not machines! They accelerate at turning people against each other. I don't believe that's healthy 

My personal experience is good. It is a family owned work place and the owner is a very respectful and understanding person. The management staff is trying on a hold Tayco workplace I call paradise comparing to  others I had been. Another positive thing about Tayco it's a unionized workplace.

10 People quit in 4 weeks. Easy to love, hard to leave. Don't waste your drive for success here. Very little.training leads to low confidence. When a mistake happens it's the absolute end of the world and you unnecessarily become the biggest problem.

Scheduled over 35 joobs per day, leaned how to work with a variety of different people & departments.  Managers, supervisors were always around when needed.  Co-workers were always on hand to help out when needed.  

The beauty of tayco lies in its diversity, nationals from around the world have a safe hub to mingle and work together peacefully irrespective of the colour, ethnic  group or religion.

Not bad to work at. Good colleagues but as with every family owned business, incompetent people are managing the company. Too many old employees incapable of changing their ways and improving. 

Happy place to work. They have a fully stocked kitchen with milk, coffee, and chocolate plus microwaves and fridges. But they do have a bothersome union; it's hard for new employees to break through into permanent employment.

Productive and fun place great employees. 
But too much preferences. On who should be making more money.
It could be a better company with a better management..who doesn't discriminate a person learning ability.
Or favouritism.
