My experience at this company was negative overall. Management is heavily protected, and employee feedback is often overlooked, which creates a reactive work environment where issues are not addressed proactively. While some efforts were made to address concerns initially, meaningful action to resolve underlying problems was lacking, little support was provided, not many people are set up for success, and employees were often made to feel inadequate for asking questions.

When I raised a management issue with HR and my supervisors that was impacting my ability to work effectively and was affecting my mental health, I was advised to “develop a tougher skin” and was told that “negativity follows me,” despite consistently being described by many coworkers as an optimistic and positive team member. This approach made it clear that employee well-being was not a priority. Additionally, the work culture was challenging, with many meetings escalating into unproductive arguments and employee morale is very low. 

On the positive side, I valued the connections I made with some of my coworkers, who were collaborative and supportive. Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommended anyone work at this company. 

Professional work environment, interfacing with customers daily over the phone, email and in the offices through Saskatchewan. This company recently received ISO 9001:2008 certification and the entire staff are to be commended on this achievement in providing customers and associates with quality products, services and sound business strategy.

Team Power Solutions  (TPS) has an excellent senior management group.  They foster a culture of continued development and growth and teamwork- both for the company and the employees.  TPS has an abundance of highly qualified employees that take great pride in their work, which speaks volumes about the company as a whole.  There is a very diverse, inclusive community at TPS.  Highly recommend TPS if you are looking for a great place to work.

Depends on which area you're working in, but I felt set up to fail. I was made to feel when I spoke, I was wasting everyone's time and made out to sound not so smart. It was such a toxic environment due to poor management and lack of communication and training. The employees were great, hours were great, tons of free lunches and staff events. 

This is the most human-centered company that I have worked for! The company wants you to thrive and does not hesitate to invest in you, for your growth, development, and wellness, this is also shared with different communities and causes. It is a very rewarding job, with excellent pay and a large variety of diversity. Very proud and happy to be part of this team!

Upper management truly believes in their Core Values, Mission, and Vision.  Flexible working hours, great co-workers, lots of interesting work.  Company is growing with lots of opportunity for professional development and advancement.

I am highly recommended the place of the work as I saw awesome team and impressive environment and energetic feelings. The environment is professional and fantastic in the same time spiting for innovation and work with loyalty 

The people are all very friendly and welcoming. TPS is growing very quickly and it is exciting to be a part of it. My salary is fair and there is room for advancement.
