I did my internship at Tecscan. They were already really friendly when I arrived and took time with me to show me the workspace. I was giving a project in which I needed to find my solutions. I was working at my rhythm and I got a lot of help from my coworkers. Everybody is working with fun and pleasure, so you never get bored! I had a flexible schedule.

Working at TecScan has been a wonderful experience. The team is incredibly supportive, and the atmosphere is both positive and collaborative. TecScan provides excellent opportunities for career growth and development. The management team is always open to feedback and encourages employee input. Overall, it’s a great place to work!

I started off as a college student with not many relevant skills and quickly grew into a marketing and sales specialist. I worked closely with everyone it had the feel of a startup with the benefits and pay of a big corporation.

There is always something to learn, something to explore, something to engineer. This makes it so that you’re always involved in your work and you have the senior support necessary to guide you during your path.

None, bad management & unprofessional

Unfortunately everything, superiority complex toxic staff & top notch blame game.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No empathy, stressfull & shitshow

Poor and unfair managment 

Very difficult working conditions : lots of international travelling, no compensation.

No paid overtime

Very uncompetitive salary

No proper training

This company does not take care about its employees. The conditions are not advantageous, the salary is not competitive at all. The team leads do not train well new employees. It is not a good place to work.

Good environment to work, people first. Always learning something, space to grow. Good management, they all know what they are doing and doesn't treat you like a number.
