Recommend: Spend your time and effort elsewhere getting paid the salary you deserve.

I’ve worked for TechInsights for almost 7 years. I was part of the engineering team. I’ve really enjoyed my journey with them. Being an engineer, you got to work on the latest technology in the Semiconductor  Industry. Always something new to learn. Our work was very well appreciated by our customers. The company is growing, and developing new product. Reason I left was to start my own business, but in a different sector. In the last 30 years, I’ve worked for many High-Tech companies, and I can say that TechInsights come first on my list when comes to people, and how TechInsights takes care and respect their employees. Not sure why peoples giving bad rating to TechInsights. Maybe they haven’t been long enough with them, or have limited experience. Management care about their employees and will support you. Senior management are doing a great job developing this company, there’s been a continuous growth over the last 7 years I’ve work for them. They were also keeping us informed thru many communication channels (Yammer/Internal Blog/formal monthly town hall meeting)....This has been my experience…Oh did I mention that the benefit package is the best I ever had…

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people were good.  Absolutely nothing else. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having to strew about if you were on the list of being laid off weekly. Not having proper chairs to sit on and the interior of the office needs to be updated, also, the air quality is horrible. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nothing at all, it was a very toxic environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The feeling like you are in jail. The knee jerk mentality really got to me.

Inspiring colleagues and management that truly cares about workers. The product is innovative, very cool to work in the same building as a world-class reverse engineering lab. Benefits are comprehensive and pay is good, compensation approach seems equitable and transparent. Offer office activities like bagel days, office olympics, a water cooler channel, draws for sports tickets, jersey theme days, halloween dress up, etc

Only con would be that the office is a bit outdated and there are some self-centred people flying around.

TechInsights was one of the best places I have ever worked. Very exciting technology combined with a very well educated and professional team. People know their stuff, meetings are quick and everybody executes well. Pay is good and bonuses are paid on time and without fuss. Overall a great place. Terrific benefits package, best I have ever had.

Communication from leadership is adequate, but there's room for improvement in transparency regarding company goals and strategies. The benefits package is standard, meeting basic needs, but not standing out compared to other companies. The exception to this is their generous mental health assistance benefit.

The work-life balance is reasonable, with flexibility, but there's potential for more initiatives to enhance employee well-being

Techinsights was decent enough for me to stick for two years. They had great technical work, pay is ok, but as far as management goes, they've been on rough edges lately before I left the company. I just hoped that they can keep it together. Otherwise, it's a good company overall.

With a couple of exceptions, senior Management at TechInsights are torn in more directions than they could even keep track of. 
Technical personnel and Engineers are knowledgeable and capable resources but unfortunately lack proper guidance and strategy.

After working there I would not recommend someone wanting to work there.  I always fealt like an outsider because I knew different way of doing things.  I was not treated the way I should have been due to my disability so I chose to quit.
