Walk the floor checking for hazards an implement corrections, interviews and hiring new employees

Currently Working at Tcs . From the time i started to now Lots has changed. Great management and people to work with, fun lunch conversation . 
Also a good workplace opportunity , growing company with lots of growth and with expansion happening soon … All they ask is you be good at your job and show up every day on time and put in those hours. They even offer over time . If your willing . With room to move up positions and learn new things, ive made friends working here and have plans on growing with the company.

I am appreciated and respected by both management and field operators.  They have my back , and I their's. If you work hard and care about what you do and do it safely,  you get rewarded.. If not, then you may as well stay home or find other work. Safely is one of the priorities here..Put in 100 percent each and every day and be proactive in your job, you will advance .

The floor managers love to stop the hole product lines for hours to mock 2 guys for missing a part when thay had no help whatsoever for weeks and are new to the job

What I've learned is even if you're doing your job correctly, if it annoys the boss, you're doing it wrong. Try making minimal noise with a power drill bashing against thick coats of concrete. This is only one issue of many. This has got to be one of the most demoralizing job I've ever had. Even if you're really good, your position isn't guaranteed based on how the manager is feeling that day.

Hired as a welder got moved to production and cycle time machine operator. Quit instantaneously. Lack of communication and poor people skills. They say one thing in the interview and do another they are looking for strong backs and weak mines good welders will run from this place.

Really bad place to work at, The shop floor manager and some supervisors are really unprofessional, for the same reason have seen hundreds of people coming and leaving this job. They dont know how to value workers. 

Good working environment, your team has your back and will look out for you keeping you safe and providing a safe working environment. The work is enjoyable with each crew being different and unique.

Next to no communication, managment not to helpful, they had a hard time keeping welders because the ppl incharge  on the shop floor have very little pl skills and are rude,
Overall not a good place to work

Right from the start it was a good place to work. The job was easy enough and the manager and HR guy were really awesome and treated everyone of the employees like family and would work with you.
