What is the best part of working at the company?
I like being treated like an expendable piece of meat.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Knowing that my suicide will only commit my family to a life of destitution. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I would prefer an environment where people are openly hostile than behave like cowards. Poor leadership.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I sit and listen to a safety meeting where people who don't understand what I do for a living tell me how to my job. Then they wag their finger at me and tell me how much they care about my health when we all know if they could work me until I'm eligible for euthanization they would.  Then I get my paycheque and I see the government  raised the premiums for EI and CPP while raising the taxes I pay. So about a third of my time at work is free labour and I have to take attitude from a first year Carpenter while my super tells me to build things I know will never work. It's not much but it's honest work.

told a new foreman the signing a blank safe work from was like signing a blank paycheque and i wasn't to long getting canned, they preach safety but superintendents push to cut corners by not filling out there end of the paper work and have you working without fall arrest gear, maybe this was just the crew i was on. besides lack management the crew was great, a lot of guys that didn't speak English but still tried to help. lack of tools to complete the job

Work 10 to 12 hours a day learned Lots about concrete Management in all the bosses I found to be extremely friendly work hard play hard. Hardest part for the job for me was walking on rebar. And the most enjoyable part of the job is everybody at work with was great we worked well together and enjoyed each other's company after the job at camp

It was a good place to work but never was called back for further work with company !
I left on good terms but unfortunately I have tried and tried to reapply for other work and was told they didn't have work for me ???

company worked under graham construction, which was a good company to work for. would work for again if opportunity came. I was recommended for job for rigging and specifically two crane to block lifts

A great opportunity to use my skills and earn a great wage . I saw new things in new places . Met new co-workers and did things I'd never done before .

Gas compression station you don’t got to cut your beard, foreman’s are a joke there don’t know much, very small site with not a lot to do but clean up garbage and walk around for 10 hours a day while other trades barely work.
