good training on sales skills with overseas lotteries and local ones,enjoyable workplace with pool table and lunchroom
Stayed in sales position even though could have applied for
training position as shift hours were too long so management 
did promote from inside hiring.l                  
Salary good with full medical and dental after three month  waiting period.  
Enjoyed sales part challenge of the work and learning new skills.
 Every day was different as given mailing list to use to call 
from to sell product to client so results would depend on contact rate.  Customer base was provided by head office in Amsterdam so was not a problem reaching new customers also,staff allowed to keep customer recall list

It was a great job at the start, until the management was adjusted and most of my colleagues including myself were effected. 

I learned the art of sales, and ways to object situations that will benefit any company i work for in relation to sales. 

Hardest part of the job i would say is being able to be consistent with sales, not going down on yourself on days you weren't effective. Your mindset every day had to be strong otherwise you weren't going to perform as well as you should.

The most enjoyable part of the job i would say is, your great selling days. Your in a momentum, pretty much anything you say at that point works to your benefit. You just close and move on.

The company is now closed however it was a lot of fun to work within it. The best part of the company was its clients as you got to build relationships with them over years.

The most challenging part was to sell a lotto ticket to the customer and have them lose trying to over come that was the most difficult on the other hand when your customer won it was euphoric. You genuinely felt great for your customer. 

The hardest part was to say goodbye to the customers that I had for more than 10 years.

There wasn't a "typical" day at work at this company which kept things interesting.  I learned a lot from the staff and about myself as I was given many different challenges which I tackled with pride and determination.  The most enjoyable part of the job was the Event Planning hands down!!

A typical day at work would always be to work harder & with full energy so that I can earn good paying commission! During the time I have been with the company & in the process of my daily work, I have learned  a great deal bout how to use AS400 database system. The hardest part of the job is when I go home without any commission (no sale) & the most enjoyable part of the job is, of course, when my commission is at the highest level ($5000+ in sales).

Company underwent management change in 2006 and went downhill from there, Company downsized consistently and eventually went bankrupt in Dec 2016. 
Very professional to begin with but turned into a boiler room atmosphere towards the end.
Managers/supervisors made the place like the movie 'Wolf of wall Street'

Outbound calls and work on assigned leads.

Learned communication skills over phone.

Open minded management, always welcoming new ideas.

Always ready to help.

Selling over the phone and charge customer with their credit card.

Create your own contacts and work on that.

It's fun to work in Telco Management. We are 100 telemarketers in our shift  During 20 minutes break time we are allowed to play pool at a cost of dollar.

Similar to my present position, on a much bigger scale. Very competitive ambiance, great colleagues. Overall great experience!

I enjoyed working there in Customer Service Department, always a good, friendly atmosphere. Most was dealing with customer from inbound calls and sending confirmations.Great place to work, management was excellent and colleagues very friendly.
