The owners do NOT appreciate their employees at all. They expect you to work insane hours. One day I had to work until midnight, then went home and had to get up at 5:30 to be back to work the next morning for the next shift. 

The pay sucks and one center starts off with a higher pay than another center. Our chairs we had when the building first opened were already used from another business and were about 10 years old for sure. Not comfortable at all. After months of complaining they finally got new chairs for the center. Then after a couple of months they took them back and gave us the old ones back.

The building did not have air conditioning for the first year and a half. Only after we hit a huge heatwave where half the people had to go home due to the heat, they decided to put in air conditioning.

This is by far the worst ran company I had ever worked for. Management and ownership are a disgrace.

Family oriented easy work instruction always supportive 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Set up for the day go over our client list and any updates see who are support is for the day ....headset on and begin the shift

The companies "core values" only apply to management. They stick you with all the dirty work while they all go out and play in the kitchen. They give you zero incentive to stay and work there, and there is little to no room for advancement unless you are willing to suck up. They pretend to care about their workers, but they don't. This company is all talk and no action.

Overall a great place to work everyone cares about you. The TL are always very supportive of your work, someone is always there to help. A bonus is all the food days they have!

Friendly team members and helpful management.  Call center work is stressful most of the time.  Work from home option is nice.  Wages are too low, not worth it.

Great people to work with and great atmosphere and environment but I always felt that the upper management never cared much about us. Not the TLs but the ones above them, they seemed to treat us like dirt when we were there.

Great place to work. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Great training and great people to work for. Would recommend to someone looking for employment. 

Pay is not great.
Usually busy one call after another, sometimes it slows down and there are small breaks between calls.  Not for everyone, some callers can be rude and impatient.

Great place to work, great people, they allowed me to move to alberta and work from home, but low salary and no chance to move up in company are the reasons i want to leave

Great place to work, management is great and the staff are all friendly, supportive and easy to get along with. You can work from home and scheduling is very flexible.
