Working in Telespectrum was fun, It didn't feel I was working as I had amazing co-workers. We had to learn new type of calls very often but we used to help each other. We had good managers (very professional) The hardest part of the job was learning new campaigns. This was one of my first jobs as a customer service and it was not easy to learn at the beginning. After a few months it was a lot easier to learn. I enjoy working a lot in this company because it was nice having a lot of Spanish co-workers. I felt sometimes I was in my own country. 

	Support Bell Mobility Small Medium business and personal customers regarding billing, activations, mobile plans, technical support, etc.
	Set-up new accounts for business and personal customer’s
	Maintained existing/long term customers from migrating by providing excellent customers service and benefits of staying with bell products and services


My days at Telespectrum were always very different. Some of the time I worked on the phones either on an outgoing basis or incoming. I also did training and worked in the HR dept. I learned a lot of things at this job, different computer programs,as well as a lot of different product training. What i liked most about this job was  the people I worked with

- Take time to learn each campaign
- Read each screen and use the property rebuttals for each call
- Each team makes a big difference, based on their team leader and their own goals. 


talk on phone all day. not for everyone! Co-workers were wonderful. Hardest part for me was talking on the phone all day and not having a voice after the day was over. Most enjoyable part was hearing what people had to say and their overall concerns.

Inbound call centre calling into the States.  Learned a lot about business and organizations.  Management was always changing but we learned to adapt.  Again there was some sift work and weekends.  I enjoyed the travel and the people.

This was an environment with great customer service. Customers always commented on our politeness and ability to resolve their issues in a timely fashion .Goals were meet and rewarded sufficiently .I was so sorry when it closed down.

Everyone I have worked with and still currently do, have been a great inspiration, have given me the dedication that is reflected from my leadership and ownership to my dedication.

A place that no longer exist in Canada due to declaring themselves in banikrupcy and not bringing any more business into Canada, left a large amount of employees without a job.
