A textbook typical day, would be driving from account to account, making sure everything from your product line was in order, and educating sales associates on the product. But, the day was more of a never-ending learning experience. Working with Store and Account Management to position the product in places where it would make to most impact. Training amazing retail and commission sales staff, who have been sell the product for 1 week to 40 years. 
Tempur-Sealy Management and Co-Workers, were as as important and helpful as my own 2 hands. When there was an objection to overcome, there was NEVER a shortage of assistance from the Tempur-Sealy family.
The most enjoyable part of my day to day, was the People. And the most difficult was moving on from the company.

i do the first shift, during this shift i unload the trucks, scan and receive them in the system.  during production time i bring the raw materials to the departments and line feed them.  there are many size of raw materials and i have keep them filled up for the productions.  Main task is safety. while driving the folk lift  i have to pay attention the plant and co workers  

At Tempur Sealy, many of the directors and managers are very friendly to work with and we collaborated very well together. I was working there in a contract position, my manager helped me to merge into work environment faster and helped with the collaboration with other colleagues at the start of my contract.

Hard days, long days, no recognition. I learned that working hard does not always pay off in certain settings. This position was not a pleasant experience for me, the co-workers were fantastic but management could use more people skills at this location.

Would be a great place to work, if there would be no lies false promises and of course better management needs to be at the place. Management got to comfortable in their leather chairs, no responsibility for any fails.

Old boys club mentality; micromanaged at all times, countless redundant presentations; favoritism; lack of professionalism.

The jobs are easy and interesting but alittelbet Heavy some jobs, but I was comfortable at my job.
Really relax, but you have to work fast, it has pice work and hour work, tow kinds of  job there. I worked there 3years, they payed weekly.

Management is not co-operative- makes unreasonable and very demanding results-not helpful when faced with issues regarding late shipments to the clients etc., prejudiced against staff

Productive yet little Job security. Mostly disorganized and no training provided. No help provided by staff either. Hours are okay but no job security
