A typical day at work would depend on the person and how much help they needed. It can be a simple as getting tea for the person and making sure they took their medication to doing everything.
I learned to be dependable.
I had a great relationship with the management 
Mostly work alone.
Hardest part of the job is seeing people in pain.
The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing I have helped someone.

Productive and fun working place. Staff protection and progressive. You are trained and helped to develop  your carrier. Flexible hours to fit your day. Hardest part is when clients  try to select who they want to be their care giver.  Most  enjoyable  is seeing clients  getting  healed and coming back on their feet work place culture,  team work is encouraged

Dealing with the boss at times

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I could say some things but I’d rather not

I was hired by company and then meet clients to what needed be done each day or on the clients time hours of work. I done hand on training.
Wage and hours where great. Agency was alos great work with and others connected to homecare agency.

Provided services to client who need homecare services and to the workers looking for work and information requested and the hours and pay.
Try to make sure we had what need to work in homecare and with the clients and if workers could do this job.

Loved working with this company with clients and there families and what the needs were. Also working with new staff looking for work and giving the information needed to apply for home care work.

I learned lot from conpany plus what i learned was able to train others to what i done and needed to be done. Hands on training i did. Went in not knowing who client was and what to do and exspect.

This is a decent job! It’s not enough pay though for what we do I was getting the same just serving foood to people and now I help keep people alive for next to nothing

I looked forward to going into the homes of the Elderly and helping them with there daily task.  Love spending time with them and learning about there past memories.

It's a Wonderful business. They will try any get you the hours that you are looking for. They are really great people to work for. I love.my job. I couldnt ask for any better
