I have been with said company for 14t years, been in many types of construction from culverts to bridges to ditches, each area is unique! Everyone works together and efficiently well, we have frustrated days but always leave the end of the day with a good job, have a good night! Management is always there when you need something, when equipment maintenance is required they will find another machine or task to do.

a typical day at work would be doing progess reports from the day before,entering data ,booking crews in and out ,imputing employees hours , and contractors hours and payroll.answering telephone calls,
making schedules for shift crews,taking care of invoices and looking after exspenses.love working and meeting new people and learning new things.I love what i do and what i offer to a company

I worked as a float driver at Teranorth for one year. The job is very consistent and straightforward, and the fleet (equipment and trucks) are very well maintained by a highly competent shop staff. If you like highway trucking, this is a great job. Very great company culture, everyone minds their own business and does their best.

Typical day would involving driving for an extended period of time. The job was not very hard and was mostly enjoyable. great crew meant lots of respect for eachothers along with the job we were doing. Management was hard on everyone to get their jobs done to meet days goals but were fun to talk too.

Great company wage wasn't what it should of been but that is any company with the operating engineerings union however the hours were amazing. Great people to work around, best management I have ever had the privilege of work for the general manager is one of the smartest people I know definitely a place to look into

Good. Very good company to begin your construction career. Trained on various equipment at a good rate. Safety is a number one priority for them and they show you how to protect yourself around equipment.

Management was good, pay was good and the company it self is a good company to work for. 12 hour work days 2 weeks in and 1 week out. Don’t work threw winters.
