I have been with the company for over six years in the matting side of things.   I enjoy majority of the people I have had the pleasure of working with. The area of work is always changing, so it keeps me on my toes and it’s nice to have a change of location every so often.  

The industry is fast-paced, and the staff are some of the best people I have worked with. No, one is perfect so if you can accept everyone as who they are and do not want to be bored with your job. Love being in a culture isn't dull. Like working with equipment,  

The workplace culture, in the beginning, was awesome. Economic and management challenges took their toll as it is an oilfield service company. The culture is on the rebound and looking positive. The benefits were very good. The day was always fast-paced and exciting during the peak work seasons. The staff were all great. 

The best jobs I've worked in my life have had at least two factors in common - good people and enjoying what I do. Terrapro ticks both boxes and then some.

TerraPro has been an enlightening experience for me, i have had the opportunity to learn about many of the different branches of the company, while actively perusing the growth and evolution of my own department. I look forward my future endeavours with in TerraPro. 

Mat repair division is lacking experienced professional leadership. Very high turn over roughly 40 workers came and went over 2 months, most workers not lasting more than a week or 2. Feels like your working in a bootcamp and treated like convicts. Lack of and sub par tools and equipment.

TerraPro has been an awesome place to work. Co-workers are friendly and helpful in times of collaboration. The work is always changing which keeps things feeling new. Management has setup a culture in which attracts good employees and it resonates throughout the office. I would recommend working here to anyone. 

The company itself is run by amazing people but theres 0 communication from anyone at any time. Upper management is constantly fighting. Things are constantly left to the last possible second. They forget to tell you things and its not uncommon to have to hunt down someone for information.  They unpay based on experience.

Excellent company to learn and grow with, great exposure to several different aspects of the oil field services industry. 

A great place to work with management and coworkers who are supportive and share ideas for improvement. Management treats you like a person and not another number in the company. When something goes wrong they look at ways to improve so it doesn't happen again rather than placing blame.
