"I've been working at this company since October and have seen a remarkable improvement in the workplace environment since the new management came onboard in November. The company provides great support, training, and supervision to help employees go beyond their expectations for clients. The use of tools for project management ensures that I always know what is expected of me, and communication has been excellent thanks to our amazing Care Coordinator, The Psychologists and clinical supervisors are so great with us. We have daily check-ins and do a lot of clinical planning. 
When I first joined, the management and HR were very toxic. There was no communication, and our manager was never around to answer any questions or concerns. It was frustrating for the staff as we had to deal with absenteeism and other issues. However, since the new management came onboard, the company has been the best place to work. They've updated the technology tools, and the cool sensory rooms are fantastic!
Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to work in a supportive and positive environment. It's great to see the improvements that have been made, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for this company."



Very disorganized. 
Absolutely no materials ready to run programs. Management doesn’t give you extra time before session to prep but expect you to be ready to run programs.
Tablets provided do not work.
Training is not good enough for the job description. 
Not enough staff. Clients sessions would be cancel last minute with no refund. The staff who currently work there , aren’t properly certified to handle aggressive children and are still placing hands.. 
Very aggressive children and nobody in the center to protect other children or staff.

Lots of problems with not getting paid on time even though the pay period was by monthly….
If staff were to raise concerns about their own personal financial struggles with not being paid on time, the response from management would be offering to provide tips on how to budget properly and again offering mental help but not actually providing the staff with this information. 

No cleaners for the center and staff are not paid to stay and clean the center.

Children aren’t being properly supervised,
during the summer we had one of our clients get away on them, and he was returned back to our center by the local coffee shop.

Stay away, do not send your children here and do not seek employment here

TWG doesn’t care about kids of their staff. They don’t pay employees on time and lie and threaten them when they try to ask questions about it. Senior staff are unqualified, and upper management are a bunch of bullies. No real ABA is happening here as staff are not trained and often understaffed. Also most staff have no CPI but are told they are allowed to touch the kids by upper management. 
You get no breaks, and no help managing aggressive or unsafe behaviours. They don’t even pay you a dollar before or after your session but expect you to prepare materials, clean and input data. They also dispute your pay after you’ve already worked the hours…

This job in general is not easy, it takes somebody who truly wants the best for the kids and can often put aside their own feelings for the child’s sake (getting hit/kicked and continuing to offer support and trust towards the child) 
Materials like toys and general workplace enhancements could be more readily available, organization could improve but the children you work with are excellent and the staff you work alongside are supportive.
If you are somebody familiar with working with ASD children, and you have a passion for seeing their improvement then it could be a really rewarding career for you. Basic knowledge around behavioural science in important.


Management still the same and horrid. Do not respond to past employees about wrong pays, incorrect roes/t4, also ignore labour board, lawyer, etc… this company does not care about the staff nor the children. They continue to run knowing children are being neglected and not given therapy. It is completely run by unqualified, uncertified people, who are working with sensitive and valuable youth. The company does not care. Save yourself and if you can help shut it down to help the children. 

I spent quite a while working for this company and although I really loved ABA in the beginning, over time I discovered more in terms of the care upper management holds for the kids, high risk client's needs seemed to come second and it broke my heart to leave those kids not knowing if the situation would get worse without me.  I suggest staying away. From research I've done to continue my work in this field, proper procedures aren't being followed. CPI should be required but is not.

It was very typical to have items not available to do one's job, tablets did not work so had to use one own's phone. Printer was often without ink or not working.  There were days when several staff would have to double up to provide service, as it was often short staff. As well, there were times when all staff present, but there were no children. Staff would be promised to get Covid pay increase, and several months later, we are still waiting.  

Worked for 12 months as a contractor and didn't know who I actually reported to. Organization in transition and management turnover made for frustration and isolating experience as a private therapist.

Working in this agency was taxing on health and well being-long hours 7am-8pm without break as a supervisor, incompetent management, toxic work culture, long hours, clients were a joy.

- Lots of staff did not get paid for their hours. CEO kept saying they will send an etrasnfer or cheque but never happened. 
- Do not care about the quality of work. There are no proper supplies for kids. Slow and cracked tablets. No paper towels. 
- No communication between staff.
